珠澳高职教育生态系统的供给侧结构性改革研究

【摘要】：在经济新常态下调整珠澳产业结构,需充分发挥珠海和澳门特别行政区的优势,以高职教育供给侧结构性改革为引导,基于教育生态学理论的观点分析和研究珠澳高职教育生态系统的层次结构、形式结构、专业结构和区域结构,有效释放高职教育生态资源,拓宽高职教育生态位,促进珠澳高职教育生态系统的均衡、全面、可持续发展,满足珠澳两地产业结构转型升级对高端技能型人才的需求。
[Abstract]:In order to adjust the industrial structure of Zhuhai-Macao under the new normal state of the economy, it is necessary to give full play to the advantages of Zhuhai and the Macao Special Administrative region and take the supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education as the guide. Based on the theory of educational ecology, this paper analyzes and studies the hierarchy structure, formal structure, specialty structure and regional structure of the ecological system of higher vocational education in Zhuhai-Australia, effectively releases the ecological resources of higher vocational education, and widens the niche of higher vocational education. To promote the balanced, comprehensive and sustainable development of the ecological system of Zhuhai-Australian higher vocational education, and to meet the needs of high-end skilled personnel in the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure between the two places.
