提升高职教师教学能力的探索与实践

【摘要】：本成果针对我国高职教师职前培训不到位、在职培训不规范、整体素质亟待提高的现状,以全面提升教师的教育教学能力为目标,经多年探索实践,对教师培训进行了系统化设计和方法创新;探索形成了以课程开发为抓手,以教师的职业实践能力和教师的教学实施能力为两端的高职教师培训"哑铃模式";根据教学一线工作实际需求,借鉴建构学习、多元智能、行动导向等理论,开发了"成为高职院校优秀教师"培训课程,涵盖高职教育理念、人才培养方案设计、课程开发、课程教法、课堂管理、教师素养等内容,并根据高职教学特点科学设立培训课程单元,辅以丰富、真实、生动的案例和培训录像并在网络开放,在高职教师培训课程开发方面取得重大突破。本成果是新形势下高职教师培训在思路、模式、方法上的一项系统性创新探索,具有全面性、实用性、先进性、开创性的特点,在提升全国高职师资水平方面取得显著应用成效。
[Abstract]:This achievement aims at the present situation that the pre-service training of Chinese higher vocational teachers is not in place, the in-service training is not standardized, and the overall quality needs to be improved urgently. The goal of this achievement is to improve the teachers' teaching ability in an all-round way, and it has been explored and practiced for many years. The systematic design and method innovation of teacher training have been carried out, and curriculum development has become the focus of exploration. The "dumbbell mode" of higher vocational teachers' training, which takes teachers' professional practice ability and teachers' teaching implementation ability as both ends, draws lessons from the theories of constructing learning, multiple intelligences, action orientation and so on according to the actual needs of teaching work. The training course of "becoming an excellent teacher in higher Vocational College" has been developed, which covers the ideas of higher vocational education, the design of talent training scheme, the curriculum development, the teaching method, the classroom management, the teacher's accomplishment and so on. According to the characteristics of higher vocational education, the training course unit is set up scientifically, supplemented by rich, real and vivid cases and training videos, and the training video is opened up on the network, which has made a great breakthrough in the development of higher vocational teachers' training curriculum. This achievement is a systematic innovation in thinking, mode and method of higher vocational teacher training under the new situation. It has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, practicability, progressiveness and originality. In raising the level of higher vocational teachers in the country has achieved significant application results.
