在高职院校学生干部管理中的应用研究

【摘要】：激励是从人的动机出发，刺激行为人的行为，激发行为人的自身内部潜力，不断努力实现个人目标或组织目标的过程。概括的说，激励就是调动人的积极性。高职院校学生干部由于受高职院校生源、培养目标以及思想政治教育师资结构的特殊性影响，相对于普通高等院校学生干部而言，具有政治素质较低、任职周期短、工作压力大等特点。本研究对合肥部分高职院校学生干部激励现状进行实证调查，结合激励理论的相关理论基础，分析高职院校的特殊性和高职院校学生干部区别于普通高等院校学生干部所具备的特点，并对高职院校学生干部参与学生干部队伍的动机，当前出现的问题、工作积极性现状、对学生干部工作积极性产生积极与消极影响的因素以及如何调动学生干部工作积极性进行了分析。本研究以经典激励理论为基础，结合自身工作实践，根据实际调查分析，笔者认为，激励理论在高职院校学生干部工作管理工作中应本着方向性、层次性、公平性和主体性原则。同时，提出相关对策和建议：以精神激励为主，物质激励与精神激励同步；以正面激励为主，负面激励与正面激励匹配；以内部激励为主，外部激励与内部激励并存；以整体激励为主，个人激励与与整体激励结合；以成才激励为主，成人、成才、成功激励三位一体。本文对激励理论在高职院校学生干部工作中的应用进行了尝试性的探讨和研究，希望借此促进激励理论在高职院校学生管理工作中发挥重要的作用，调动学生干部的工作积极性，发挥他们在学生工作中的创造性潜能，，培养他们早日成为高素质的技能型人才和社会主义现代化建设的合格建设者和可靠接班人。
[Abstract]:Motivation is the process of motivating the actor, stimulating his behavior, arousing his own internal potential, and striving to achieve his personal or organizational goals. To sum up, motivation is to mobilize people's enthusiasm. The student cadres in higher vocational colleges are influenced by the students' source, the training goal and the teachers' structure of ideological and political education. This study makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of student cadres' motivation in some higher vocational colleges in Hefei, combining with the relevant theoretical basis of incentive theory. This research is based on the classical incentive theory, combined with its own work practice, according to the actual investigation and analysis, the author believes that the incentive theory in the work management of student cadres in higher vocational colleges should be based on the direction and hierarchy.
