中等职业学校班级文化建设问题研究

【摘要】:在经济发展过程中,中等职业教育的作用越来越重要,得到了国家和社会的高度重视,中等职业教育发展迅速,中等职业学校规模不断扩大,招生人数与普通高中招生人数基本持平。关注中等职业教育就不能忽视对中等职业学校班级的研究,班级是学校的细胞,是学生在学校期间成长和发展的最基本平台,班级文化是影响中职生个体发展的重要文化之一,要促进学生的全面发展,班级文化建设是突出的重要问题之一。 本研究主要采用问卷调查法和访谈调查法等研究方法,对中等职业学校班级文化建设进行了探究,具体分析了中等职业学校班级文化建设存在的主要问题,针对中等职业学校班级文化建设中班风、学风差,缺乏职业特色等问题以及中职生自律能力差、文化素养弱、学习动力不足等特点,围绕班级物质文化建设、班级制度文化建设、班级精神文化建设三个维度对中等职业学校、教师尤其是班主任、中职生提出建议。 为了系统地阐述中等职业学校班级文化建设的基本情况,明确地提出中等职业学校班级文化建设存在的主要问题,给中等职业教育工作者提供有价值的班级文化建设建议,本研究包括以下五个部分: 第一部分为绪论。主要包括问题提出,研究意义以及文化、校园文化、班级文化、班级文化建设等核心概念的界定。 第二部分为文献综述。主要对国外及国内的班级文化建设成果加以阐述,以及对目前关于职业学校班级文化建设的研究总结,并对已有研究的不足加以论述。 第三部分为研究方法与研究过程。这部分主要对本研究的研究过程及研究工具加以评论。 第四部分为中等职业学校班级文化建设调查结果与分析。这部分主要呈现了中等职业学校班级文化建设的现状,并对现状进行分析,在分析基础上提出中等职业学校班级文化建设存在的主要问题,再对上述问题的原因加以阐述。 第五部分为中等职业学校班级文化建设策略。这部分是本论文的重点和核心,主要围绕中等职业学校的班级物质文化建设、班级制度文化建设、班级精神文化建设三个维度对中等职业学校、教师、中职生提出建议。
[Abstract]:In the process of economic development, the role of secondary vocational education is becoming more and more important, which has been highly valued by the state and society. The secondary vocational education has developed rapidly and the scale of secondary vocational schools has been continuously expanded. Enrollment and general high school enrollment is basically the same. Paying attention to secondary vocational education cannot ignore the study of secondary vocational school classes, which are the cells of the school and the most basic platform for students to grow and develop during the school period. Class culture is one of the important cultures that affect the individual development of secondary vocational school students. To promote the overall development of students, class culture construction is one of the outstanding important issues. This research mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview investigation to explore the construction of class culture in secondary vocational schools, and analyzes the main problems in the construction of class culture in secondary vocational schools. Aiming at the problems of class style, bad style of study and lack of professional characteristics in the construction of class culture in secondary vocational schools, as well as the characteristics of poor self-discipline ability, weak cultural literacy and insufficient learning motivation of secondary vocational school students, this paper focuses on the construction of class material culture. The three dimensions of class system culture construction and class spirit culture construction make suggestions to secondary vocational schools, teachers, especially class teachers and secondary vocational students. In order to systematically explain the basic situation of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools, the main problems of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools are clearly put forward, and valuable class culture construction suggestions are provided to secondary vocational education workers. This research includes the following five parts: The first part is the introduction. It mainly includes questions, research significance and the definition of core concepts such as culture, campus culture, class culture construction and so on. The second part is literature review. This paper mainly expounds the achievements of class culture construction both at home and abroad, summarizes the current research on class culture construction in vocational schools, and discusses the shortcomings of existing research. The third part is the research method and research process. This part mainly reviews the research process and research tools of this study. The fourth part is the secondary vocational school class culture construction investigation result and the analysis. This part mainly presents the current situation of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools, and analyzes the present situation. On the basis of analysis, it puts forward the main problems existing in the construction of class culture in secondary vocational schools, and then expounds the reasons for the above problems. The fifth part is the strategy of class culture construction in secondary vocational schools. This part is the focus and core of this paper, mainly around the secondary vocational school class material culture construction, class system culture construction, class spiritual culture construction three dimensions to secondary vocational school, teachers, secondary vocational students put forward suggestions.
