关于现代职业教育体系“制度设计”的审视

【摘要】：加快构建现代职业教育体系是未来一个时期中国职业教育发展的重要任务。文章围绕体系构建、纵向贯通、横向融合、转型发展等内容对现代职业教育体系建设有关问题进行探讨,提出体系构建应强化融通交流,避免系统自循环;纵向贯通应聚焦职业能力培养,避免新形式的学历追逐;横向融合应强化产教融合体制机制,避免学校职业教育主体弊端;转型发展应关注专业内涵建设,避免学校选择纠结。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the construction of modern vocational education system is an important task for the development of vocational education in China in the future. This paper discusses the problems related to the construction of the modern vocational education system around the contents of system construction, longitudinal connection, horizontal integration, transformation and development, and puts forward that the system construction should strengthen the communication and avoid the self-circulation of the system. Vertical transmission should focus on vocational ability training to avoid the pursuit of new forms of academic qualifications; horizontal integration should strengthen the system mechanism of integration of production and teaching to avoid the malpractice of the main body of vocational education; the transformation and development should pay attention to the construction of professional connotation and avoid entanglement in the choice of schools.
