中国传统文化课程对中职学生人文素质培养研究

【摘要】:中职学生的人文素质普遍偏低的现状已是不争的事实。本论文研究旨在匡正中职的办学理念,引起中职教育对学生人文素质培养的重视,以开设中国传统文化课程为途径来培养中职学生的人文素质和人文精神,把中职学生培养成不仅是掌握娴熟技能的人,而且是和谐的、全面发展的高素质的人才,使中职教育回归“本真”。 论文将为中职学校整体启动中国传统文化课程提供理论依据,把中职学生的人文素质教育真正落实到实处,使中职学生在校期间不仅能掌握其专业知识、专业技能,而且还能得到良好的人文素质和人文精神教育,促使中职学生得到全面、健康、和谐发展。 中职培养目标定位偏差、功利主义、唯技术主义教育观是影响着中职学校的人才培养模式,造成中职学生人文素质偏低的主要原因。 论文着重研究了中职学校学生人文教育现状及对策;中国传统文化的基本精神及其对中职学生的教育功能;中职学校开设中国传统文化课程的必要性;构建以”中国传统文化”为核心的人文素质教育课程体系;中国传统文化课程体系的结构;建立一支高素质的中国传统文化课程师资队伍。 研究成果无论是理论上还是实践上,都将对对中职学校学生的人文素质和人文精神的培养有一定的参考、推广、指导和应用价值。
[Abstract]:It is an indisputable fact that the humanistic quality of secondary vocational school students is generally on the low side. The purpose of this paper is to correct the idea of running a secondary vocational school, to arouse the attention of secondary vocational education to the cultivation of students' humanistic quality, and to cultivate the humanistic quality and spirit of secondary vocational school students by opening the course of Chinese traditional culture. It is necessary to train students in secondary vocational schools not only to master skilled skills, but also to develop harmoniously and in an all-round way, so that the secondary vocational education can return to its "true nature". The thesis will provide the theoretical basis for the vocational school to start the Chinese traditional culture curriculum as a whole, and put the humanistic quality education of the secondary vocational school students into practice, so that the secondary vocational school students can not only master their professional knowledge and professional skills while in school. And also can get good humanities quality and humane spirit education, promote the secondary vocational school students to get comprehensive, healthy and harmonious development. The misorientation of target, utilitarianism and technicalism are the main reasons that affect the talent training mode of secondary vocational school and cause the low humanistic quality of secondary vocational school students. This paper focuses on the current situation and countermeasures of humanistic education for secondary vocational school students, the basic spirit of Chinese traditional culture and its educational function for secondary vocational school students, and the necessity of offering Chinese traditional culture curriculum in secondary vocational school. The course system of humanistic quality education with "Chinese traditional culture" as the core, the structure of the curriculum system of Chinese traditional culture and the establishment of a high quality teaching staff of Chinese traditional culture course are constructed. Both in theory and in practice, the research results will have certain reference, promotion, guidance and application value to the cultivation of humanistic quality and humanistic spirit of secondary vocational school students.
