食品营养与检测专业课程体系构建的研究与实践

【摘要】:笔者主要研究和探讨新时期高职食品营养与检测专业课程体系的建设。在听取行业企业、政府检测机构专家意见的基础上,根据专业领域和职业岗位(群)的任职要求,构建"岗位引领"学习领域课程体系,实现了专业课内容与职业标准对接。
[Abstract]:The author mainly studies and discusses the construction of curriculum system of food nutrition and testing specialty in higher vocational colleges in the new period. On the basis of listening to the expert opinions of enterprises and government inspection agencies, and according to the requirements of professional field and professional post (group), the curriculum system of "post leading" learning field is constructed, which realizes the docking of professional course content and professional standard.
