多元化评价考核对高职基础课程方剂学教学的影响

【摘要】:为了突出"以学生为主体,教师为主导"的现代教学模式,改进传统的终结性考试评价弊端,采取多元化评价考核模式,选两个班级为研究对象,对照班级采取平时成绩30%、期末考试成绩70%的一般性终结性评价;观察班级采取以出勤率、课堂提问、方歌背诵、病案讨论、心得体会、自行授课等综合成绩占50%,期末试卷成绩占50%的多元化评价考核,通过不记名问卷调查和考核成绩进行统计分析。研究结果表明观察班学生对学习效果、学习收获、课程改革认可评价方面、期末考试成绩要优于对照班;该多元化评价考核模式具有督促学习、夯实基础、牢固记忆、提高成绩等特点,符合学生认知规律,为高职基础课程方剂学教学改革提供可鉴的教学模式。
[Abstract]:In order to highlight the "students as the main body, teachers as the leading" modern teaching mode, improve the shortcomings of the traditional final examination evaluation, adopt a diversified evaluation and assessment model, select two classes as the research object, compare the class to take the ordinary grade of 30%, the final grade 70% of the final evaluation; observe class take attendance rate, class The questions, the recitation of the song, the discussion of the medical records, the experience of the heart, and the self-taught class accounted for 50%, the final examination papers were 50% of the multiple evaluation and assessment, and the statistical analysis was carried out through the anonymous questionnaire survey and the examination results. The results showed that the students of the observation class had the effect of learning, the learning harvest, the accreditation evaluation of the curriculum reform and the final examination. It is superior to the control class, and the diversification evaluation model has the characteristics of supervising and promoting learning, ramming the foundation, strengthening the memory, improving the achievement and so on. It is in line with the students' cognitive rules and provides a useful teaching model for the teaching reform of the basic curriculum for Higher Vocational education.
