对英美制造业职业教育体系比较与思考

【摘要】:在英美等国再工业化道路上,新兴产业对职业教育提出了新的需求和挑战,为此英国和美国分别设立了国家学院和国家制造业创新研究所,希望藉此解决制造文化缺失和技术劳动力不足等问题。在制造业升级背景下,中国制造业职业教育应当吸收英美两国的经验,加大制造业科普力度,提升学生对制造业的兴趣和爱好;让高校和科研机构更多地承担职业教育职能,使其卓越的专家和基础设施能够为高技能职业教育所用;通过产业、技术路线图让企业明晰未来劳动者技能需求发展方向;将市场需求与国家战略发展目标结合起来,确定职业教育发展方向;为选择职业教育路径的学生提供广阔的发展空间等。
[Abstract]:On the road of reindustrialization in the United States and the United States, new industries have put forward new demands and challenges to vocational education. For this reason, the United Kingdom and the United States have set up national colleges and national manufacturing innovation institutes, respectively. I hope to solve the problem of lack of manufacturing culture and shortage of skilled labor. In the context of the upgrading of manufacturing industry, China's manufacturing vocational education should absorb the experience of the United States and the United States, increase the popularization of manufacturing science, promote students' interest and interest in manufacturing, and let colleges and scientific research institutions take on more functions of vocational education. To enable its excellent experts and infrastructure to be used for highly skilled vocational education; to provide companies with a clear vision of the skills needs of future workers through industry and technology road maps; and to integrate market demand with national strategic development goals, To determine the development direction of vocational education and to provide broad development space for students who choose the path of vocational education.
