中职学校“双师型”教师专业发展的路径探寻

【摘要】:中等职业学校以培养和提高学生的职业能力为重点,以加强学生的综合文化素质为基础,帮助学生快速掌握较强的职业技术水平以及较高的个人素质,使其能够在毕业后迅速脱离学习走上工作岗位,从而实现人生价值,因此中职学校中的教师既需要具备扎实的基础理论知识,同时还需兼备高超的职业实践操作能力,也就是"双师型"教师。本文将简要分析中职学校"双师型"教师专业发展的路径。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational schools focus on training and improving students' vocational ability, and on the basis of strengthening students' comprehensive cultural quality, to help students quickly master stronger vocational and technical level as well as higher personal quality. After graduation, teachers in secondary vocational schools need not only have solid basic theoretical knowledge, but also have excellent professional practice and operation ability, so that they can get out of their studies and go to work quickly after graduation to realize the value of life, so the teachers in secondary vocational schools need not only solid basic theoretical knowledge, but also excellent professional practice and operation ability. That is, "double-qualified" teachers. This paper will briefly analyze the path of the professional development of the "double-qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools.
