中职学校课堂管理的现状及其优化策略研究

【摘要】:课堂教学是整个学校教育的核心部分。但已有研究主要关注普通中小学及学生群体,针对中职院校和中职学生特点的研究还较少;调查和研究主要集中在对课堂问题的根源,那就是专注于课堂管理对象的行为——学生,描述和解释其不良行为;而对于课堂管理的实施主体——教师,及其管理理念、管理技能等因素的探讨还欠深入。本研究选取长沙财经学校为研究对象,通过问卷调查、观察、访谈以及文献分析法,揭示了目前中职学校课堂管理中存在的问题,对影响中职学校课堂管理的因素展开多维分析,进而提出目前中职学校课堂管理优化策略。 调研显示,目前中职学校课堂管理主要存在以下问题:中职学校教师队伍教学实践能力缺乏,课堂管理理念和教育观念存在偏差,教师课堂管理行为失范,教师课堂管理方式简单化。中职学校学生的课堂问题行为突出,课堂氛围紧张,师生关系欠和谐。经研究,带来中职学校课堂管理上述问题的影响因素是多重的,如教师因素、学生因素、学校因素等。其中,教师的教育观念、课堂管理能力是影响课堂管理优化的最大直接变量;学生自身的特点、总体素质,是影响课堂管理有效性的重要因素;而学校的育人理念、专业设置等因素也对课堂管理效果有着密切的相关性。 因此要改进中职学校课堂管理,应着重从以下方面着手:首先,应重点关注影响课堂管理优化的最重要直接变量——教师因素,要意识到教师的教育理念、管理技能、教学质量、师生关系是有效课堂管理的前提和基础;其次,要加强和改进课堂管理的专业指导和培训领域,这是有效的课堂管理的重要保证;再者,要科学理性地定位中职学校的办学目标,使专业设置合理化,这是课堂有效管理的重要间接变量。
[Abstract]:Classroom teaching is the core part of the whole school education. However, there have been many studies focusing on the general primary and secondary schools and student groups, and the research on the characteristics of secondary vocational colleges and secondary vocational school students is still relatively few. The investigation and research mainly focus on the root causes of classroom problems. That is to focus on the classroom management object behavior-students, describe and explain their bad behavior, but for the implementation of classroom management-teachers, and its management concepts, management skills and other factors are still not in-depth discussion. This study selected Changsha Finance and Economics School as the research object, through questionnaire, observation, interview and literature analysis, revealed the current secondary vocational school classroom management problems. Multi-dimensional analysis is carried out on the factors that affect the classroom management of secondary vocational schools, and then the optimization strategies of classroom management in secondary vocational schools are put forward. The investigation shows that there are the following problems in the classroom management of the secondary vocational school: the lack of teaching practice ability of the teachers in the secondary vocational school, the deviation between the concept of classroom management and the concept of education, and the abnormal behavior of the teachers' classroom management. Teachers'classroom management is simplified. The classroom problem behavior of secondary vocational school students is prominent, the classroom atmosphere is tense, and the relationship between teachers and students is not harmonious. The research shows that there are many factors influencing the above problems, such as teacher factor, student factor, school factor and so on. Among them, teachers' educational concept and classroom management ability are the biggest direct variables that affect the optimization of classroom management; the students' own characteristics and overall quality are the important factors that affect the effectiveness of classroom management; Professional settings and other factors also have a close correlation with classroom management. Therefore, to improve the classroom management of secondary vocational schools, we should focus on the following aspects: first, we should focus on the most important direct variable that affects the optimization of classroom management-the teacher factor, and should be aware of teachers' educational ideas and management skills. Teaching quality, teacher-student relationship is the premise and foundation of effective classroom management; secondly, to strengthen and improve the field of professional guidance and training in classroom management, this is an important guarantee of effective classroom management. It is an important indirect variable for effective classroom management to scientifically and rationally locate the goal of running a secondary vocational school and rationalize the specialty setting.
