基于“非遗联姻职教”模式的南京云锦和莫愁中专校企合作初探

【摘要】：本文从非遗技艺传承和非遗技能人才培养的角度,探索了南京云锦焕新发展与职业教育相结合的前景。又从南京市莫愁中等专业学校培养非遗技能人才的丰厚经验出发,探讨了南京云锦和莫愁中专校企合作具备的优势。作者希望能探索出一条培养既具有完备知识体系又能熟练掌握和应用云锦织造工艺的云锦制作与修复人才的可行途径。
[Abstract]:From the angle of inheritance of non-posthumous skills and cultivation of non-posthumous talents, this paper explores the prospect of combining the development of Yunjin with vocational education in Nanjing. Based on the rich experience of cultivating non-posthumous talents in the secondary specialized schools of Nanjing, this paper probes into the advantages of cooperation between Nanjing Yunjin and Mosuo secondary technical schools. The author hopes to explore a feasible way to train the talents who have complete knowledge system and who can master and apply the brocade weaving technology skillfully.
