职业院校商科专业现代学徒制培养模式研究——以东莞职业技术学院工商企业管理专业为例

【摘要】：现代学徒制是教育部近年来不断深化产教融合、校企合作,推进职业教育发展的重要制度。本文首先深入了解现代学徒制的内涵,接着分析职业教育商科专业试行现代学徒制的困境,然后研究了百果园实业发展有限公司与我院工商企业管理专业合作试行现代学徒制的培养模式,最后总结出商科专业走现代学徒制应该要符合的几点要求。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is an important system for the Ministry of Education to deepen the integration of industry and education, to promote the development of vocational education. This paper first deeply understands the connotation of modern apprenticeship system, and then analyzes the predicament of trying out the modern apprenticeship system for vocational education and commercial specialty. Then, the paper studies the training mode of modern apprenticeship system in the cooperation between Baioru Industrial Development Co., Ltd and the industrial and commercial enterprise management specialty of our hospital, and finally summarizes some requirements that the commercial specialty should meet in the course of modern apprenticeship system.
