顺德职业技术学院校企合作问题研究

【摘要】:社会经济的不断发展使得企业对人才的需求日渐提升,对高职院校人才培养提出新的要求。校企合作是新时期高等职业技术学院培养专业人才、增强人才培养与企业人才需求之间匹配度的重要途径,国内不少高职院校均涉足该领域,期望通过校企合作模式提升人才培养效率。但目前来看,整体实施效率有待提升。我国校企合作发展尚处于初级阶段,存在较大的改进空间。顺德职业技术学院是广东省大力推动校企合作的高职院校之一,校企合作经历了一段快速的发展,取得了初步成效,但合作发展过程中亦遇到不少问题,比如合作层次较浅、企业合作积极性不高、缺乏创新性等,使得学院在校企合作中举步维艰。校企合作是高职教育发展的必然趋势,对于顺德职业技术学院的生存发展更是至关重要;开展校企合作、实现产学融合,是顺德职业技术学院职业教育发展的必由之路,是突破办学瓶颈的一大抓手。本文以顺德职业技术学院为研究对象,采用问卷调查、焦点访谈等方法对高职院校的校企合作进行研究,通过分析高职院校校企合作主体之间的理论关系和顺德职业院校校企合作中存在的问题,据此制定高职院校校企合作的改进对策。研究结果发现,顺德职业技术学院的校企合作已取得初步成效,建立了校内外实训基地、成立行业、企业参与的专业教学指导委员会、构建了校企合作服务平台、共建专兼结合“双师型”教学团队等,但通过问卷调查学校校企合作中亦存在诸多问题,校企合作深度较浅、实践教学水平有待提升、企业合作积极性不高、合作质量有待提高、监管机构缺失等。为此,研究基于共赢机制、沟通机制、评价机制等方面制定了顺德职业技术学院校企合作优化策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the demand for talents in enterprises is rising day by day, which puts forward new requirements for talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges. School-enterprise cooperation is an important way for higher vocational and technical colleges to train professional talents and enhance the matching degree between talent training and enterprise talent demand. Many higher vocational colleges in China have set foot in this field. Hope to improve the efficiency of talent training through the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise. But at present, the overall implementation efficiency needs to be improved. The development of cooperation between schools and enterprises in our country is still in the primary stage, and there is much room for improvement. Shunde Vocational and Technical College is one of the vocational colleges in Guangdong Province that vigorously promotes the cooperation between schools and enterprises. The cooperation between schools and enterprises has experienced a period of rapid development and achieved initial results. However, in the process of cooperation development, there are also many problems, such as the shallow level of cooperation. The enterprise cooperation enthusiasm is not high, lacks the innovation and so on, causes the college to be difficult in the school enterprise cooperation. School-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education, and it is even more important for the survival and development of Shunde Vocational and Technical College, the only way for the development of vocational education in Shunde Vocational and Technical College is to carry out school-enterprise cooperation and realize the integration of industry and learning. Is to break through the bottleneck of running a major grasp. This paper takes Shunde Vocational and Technical College as the research object, using questionnaire survey, focus interview and other methods to study the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges. Based on the analysis of the theoretical relationship between the main body of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises and the problems existing in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Shunde vocational colleges, the countermeasures for improving the cooperation between schools and enterprises in higher vocational colleges are worked out. The research results show that the cooperation between school and enterprise in Shunde Vocational and Technical College has achieved initial results. It has established a practical training base in and out of the school, set up a professional teaching steering committee with the participation of industry and enterprises, and constructed a service platform for cooperation between schools and enterprises. It is necessary to build a special school and combine the teaching team of "double qualification", but there are many problems in the cooperation of school and enterprise through questionnaire survey, the depth of cooperation between school and enterprise is relatively shallow, the level of practical teaching needs to be improved, and the enthusiasm of enterprise cooperation is not high. The quality of cooperation needs to be improved, regulatory agencies are missing, etc. Therefore, based on the win-win mechanism, communication mechanism, evaluation mechanism and other aspects of the Shunde Institute of Vocational and Technical cooperation optimization strategy.
