基于适应农村基层医疗卫生服务需求的专科层次医学职业教育改革研究

【摘要】："下不去、留不住、用不上"是我国广大农村基层医疗卫生服务人才需求现状的反映,医学职业教育必须从人才培养规格和培养目标定位上深层次思考"培养什么人""培养多少""怎样培养"等现实问题。以三年制专科临床医学教育"3+2"人才培养模式改革为突破口,探索建立适应专科层次临床医学人才成长的"规范化、系统化"医学人才培养体系,培养适应农村基层医疗卫生服务需求的技术技能型专门人才和"会看病"的医生,促进医学职业教育与医疗卫生服务需求的协调健康发展。
[Abstract]:"not to go, not to stay, not to be used" is a reflection of the current situation of the demand for medical and health service personnel at the grass-roots level in the vast rural areas of China. Medical vocational education must think deeply about "what person to train", "how to train" and "how to cultivate" from the training specification and goal orientation of medical vocational education. Based on the reform of "32" personnel training mode in three-year clinical medical education, this paper explores the establishment of a "standardized and systematic" medical talent training system adapted to the growth of clinical medical talents at the specialized level. To train technical and technical talents and doctors who can meet the needs of rural primary medical and health service, and to promote the coordinated and healthy development of medical vocational education and medical and health service demand.
