高职院校不同类型生源新生适应性教育研究

【摘要】：新生适应性教育对大学生的成长成才具有很重要的意义。如何帮助新生更好地从中学生活过渡到大学生活,更快地适应大学生活,成为现在我国教育领域中的热点话题。近年来,高等职业教育考试招生制度的改革,使得高职院校学生规模不断扩大,招生途径和生源类型不断多元化。如何根据不同生源类型的新生给予他们更有针对性的新生适应性教育,让他们能够更快更好地适应大学生活,就成为我国高职院校需要认真思索和解决的问题。本文以“高职院校不同生源类型新生适应性教育研究”作为研究课题,围绕不同生源类型新生适应性教育存在的主要问题和对策,全文分成五个部分。第一部分对研究背景和意义、研究现状、研究思路和方法进行了说明,并从思想政治教育、职业教育及新生角色转换三个方面分析了实施新生适应性教育的必要性。第二部分阐述了高职院校不同生源类型新生适应性教育的理论基础,包括差异化教育理论、分层教育理论和因材施教的教育理论。第三部分从引导性教育、规范性教育、专业性教育、职业性教育四个方面介绍了适应性教育的内容;介绍了高职院校生源类型,包括普通高中高考入学、普通高中自主招生入学、中高职衔接入学、中职升高职入学等;分析了不同生源类型新生的特点。从生活、学习、人际交往、职业生涯规划四个方面调查了不同类型生源新生在适应性方面的不同表现。第四部分从适应性教育的内容、形式方面阐述了不同生源类型新生适应性教育现状,指出了目前高职院校存在有限的适应性教育投入、模糊的适应性教育方式、僵化的适应性教育形式和内容等问题。导致不同生源类型新生适应性教育问题的主要原因有三个方面,一是对适应性教育不够重视,二是没有区别教育对象类型,三是教育理念没有与时俱进。第五部分针对存在问题,提出了强化高职院校不同生源类型新生适应性教育的解决对策。一是更新观念,加强新生适应性教育的保障力度;二是因材施教,实行不同生源类型新生差异化教育;三是与时俱进,创新差异化适应性教育的形式和内容。本文研究力图为我国高职院校做好不同生源类型新生适应性教育工作提供理论参考,同时指导研究者的实际工作,从而达成预期的研究成果。
[Abstract]:The adaptability education of freshmen is of great significance to the growth and development of college students. How to help freshmen better transition from middle school life to college life and adapt to college life more quickly has become a hot topic in the field of education in our country. In recent years, with the reform of higher vocational education examination enrollment system, the scale of students in higher vocational colleges has been expanded, and the ways of enrollment and the types of students have been diversified. How to give new students adaptability education according to different types of students, so that they can adapt to college life faster and better, has become a problem that needs to be seriously considered and solved in higher vocational colleges of our country. This paper takes "the study of adaptability Education for freshmen of different types of students in higher Vocational Colleges" as the research subject, and divides the thesis into five parts, focusing on the main problems and countermeasures of the adaptability education of freshmen of different types of students. In the first part, the author explains the background and significance of the research, the present research situation, the research ideas and methods, and analyzes the necessity of carrying out the adaptive education of freshmen from three aspects: ideological and political education, vocational education and new students' role transformation. The second part expounds the theoretical basis of adaptive education for freshmen of different types of students in higher vocational colleges, including the theory of differentiated education, the theory of stratified education and the educational theory of teaching students according to their aptitude. The third part introduces the contents of adaptive education from four aspects: leading education, normative education, professional education and vocational education, and introduces the types of students in higher vocational colleges, including the entrance to college entrance examination in general senior high schools. This paper analyzes the characteristics of new students from different types of students. Four aspects of life, study, interpersonal communication and career planning were used to investigate the adaptability of freshmen from different types of students. In the fourth part, from the aspect of content and form of adaptive education, the author expounds the current situation of adaptive education for freshmen of different student types, and points out that there are limited investment in adaptive education and fuzzy adaptive education methods in higher vocational colleges at present. Rigid adaptive education form and content and other issues. There are three main reasons leading to the problem of adaptive education for freshmen of different types of students, one is that the adaptive education is not paid enough attention to, the other is that there is no difference in the types of education objects, and the third is that the educational concept has not kept pace with the times. The fifth part, aiming at the existing problems, puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the adaptability education of freshmen of different types of students in higher vocational colleges. The first is to renew the concept and strengthen the guarantee of freshmen's adaptability education; the second is to teach the students according to their aptitude, and the third is to keep pace with the times and innovate the form and content of the differentiated adaptive education. This paper tries to provide a theoretical reference for Chinese higher vocational colleges to do a good job in the adaptation education of freshmen of different student types, and at the same time to guide the practical work of the researchers, so as to achieve the expected research results.
