高职校园文化与企业文化对接的研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国高等职业教育进入了前所未有的快速发展阶段,高等职业技术院校迅猛增加,已占据了高等教育的半壁江山,许多院校已由建校初期的求生存、求认同,转变为求发展、创名牌。但是目前,我国高职院校在校企合作的过程中,存在的一个突出问题是校园文化与企业文化的脱节,这已成为阻碍高职院校建设独具职业特色的校园文化的主要屏障。 高职院校要实现“技能型”人才的培养目标,实现高职学生就业的“零适应期”,两种文化的对接与融合具有重大而深远的现实意义。 本文首先从概念上对高职校园文化、企业文化及对接的内涵进行了界定,为高职校园文化与企业文化的对接奠定了理论基础。 其次,通过分析高职校园文化与企业文化的关系,发现校园文化与企业文化在不少方面存在着相同之处,但校园文化在建设主体、建设目标、价值观、工作模式上明显区别于企业文化。同时对高职校园文化与企业文化在多方面和多层次上进行了详细的比较分析,并对二者的作用进行了全面的总结与评价。 再次,用问卷调查的形式,经过对部份高职院校的实证调查后,总结了当前我国高职校园文化与企业文化对接的现状和问题,并且解析了高职校园文化与企业文化对接的种种表现形式。 文章最后一部分,在前面三部分的基础上总结了高职校园文化与企业文化对接的原则、内容和方法,从而探讨了适合高职校园文化与企业文化对接的有效途径。通过校企合作模式,在高职校园文化中不断渗透企业文化;采取工学结合模式,将企业文化中的优秀文化元素融入高职校园文化;借助订单培养模式,加强高职校园文化与企业的对接;多模式的有机结合,丰富高职校园文化与企业文化对接的途径。文章希望通过此研究能让人们对高职校园文化与企业文化对接有更深一步的了解,并为高职校园文化与企业文化对接的实证研究者提供一定的理论依据。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's higher vocational education has entered an unprecedented stage of rapid development. The rapid increase of higher vocational and technical colleges has occupied half of the higher education. Change to seek development, create famous brand. But at present, a prominent problem in the process of cooperation between colleges and enterprises is the disconnection between campus culture and enterprise culture, which has become the main barrier to the construction of campus culture with unique vocational characteristics in higher vocational colleges. It is of great and far-reaching practical significance for higher vocational colleges to realize the goal of cultivating skilled talents and to realize the "zero adaptation period" for the employment of higher vocational students. The connection and fusion of the two cultures is of great and far-reaching practical significance. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of campus culture, corporate culture and docking in higher vocational education, which lays a theoretical foundation for the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational education. Secondly, by analyzing the relationship between campus culture and enterprise culture in higher vocational education, it is found that campus culture and enterprise culture have similarities in many aspects, but campus culture is building subject, construction goal, and values. The work model is obviously different from the corporate culture. At the same time, this paper makes a detailed comparative analysis of the campus culture and the corporate culture in many aspects and levels, and makes a comprehensive summary and evaluation of the roles of the two. Thirdly, through the empirical investigation of some higher vocational colleges, the paper summarizes the current situation and problems of the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in China. And analyzed the higher vocational school culture and the enterprise culture docking various forms of expression. In the last part of the article, on the basis of the first three parts, the author summarizes the principles, contents and methods of the connection between the campus culture and the enterprise culture in higher vocational education, and probes into the effective way to connect the campus culture with the enterprise culture in the higher vocational education. Through the mode of cooperation between school and enterprise, the enterprise culture is constantly infiltrated in the campus culture of higher vocational colleges; the combination of work and learning is adopted to integrate the excellent cultural elements in the enterprise culture into the campus culture of higher vocational education; Strengthen the docking of the campus culture and the enterprise in higher vocational education, combine the multi-mode organically, enrich the way of the connection between the campus culture and the enterprise culture of the higher vocational college. The article hopes that through this study, people can have a deeper understanding of the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational education, and provide some theoretical basis for the empirical research on the connection between campus culture and corporate culture in higher vocational education.
