中职学校职业道德教育研究

【摘要】:2010年,我国经济总量在世界的排序上升至第二位,到2013年,仍然保持这一位置。据统计,中国在全世界制造业总值中所占比例已达19.8%,大多数主要工业品产量位居世界前列。“中国制造”的核心是人才,而以培养“以服务社会主义现代化建设为宗旨,培养数以亿计的高素质劳动者和数以亿计的高技能专门人才”为目标的中等职业学校则承担了重要责任,如何培养出既具有合格的技术能力,又具备良好职业道德的劳动者值得深思。 职业道德具有鲜明的行业性、多样性、稳定性、继承性和适用范围有限性等特点,在职业道德的教育过程中我们必须牢牢把握这些特点并根据中职学生的特殊性实施教育。在当前中等职业学校的职业道德教育中仍存在不少问题,如中职德育课教材中职业道德内容较少、德育课职业道德教学方法陈旧、职业道德教育评价方式单一、职业道德教育针对性不足及收效不佳等问题。本文针对以上问题进行了原因分析并提出了加强职业道德教育的应对措施:一是优化中职德育课教学方法;二是构建合理的职业道德教育评价体系;三是加强教师队伍建设,培养一批了解中职学生特点以及行业特点的教师;最后是加强校企合作,提高职业道德教育的有效性。
[Abstract]:In 2010, China's economic output ranked second in the world, and remained there in 2013. According to statistics, China has accounted for 19.8 percent of the world's total manufacturing value, and most of the major industrial products are among the highest in the world. The core of "made in China" is human resources, while the purpose of "training" is to serve the socialist modernization drive. Secondary vocational schools, which aim to train hundreds of millions of highly qualified workers and hundreds of millions of highly skilled professionals, have assumed an important responsibility. Workers with good professional ethics are worth pondering. Professional ethics has distinct characteristics such as industry, diversity, stability, inheritance and limited scope of application. In the process of professional ethics education, we must firmly grasp these characteristics and carry out education according to the particularity of secondary vocational school students. There are still many problems in the professional ethics education of secondary vocational schools, such as the lack of professional ethics in the teaching materials of moral education in secondary vocational schools, the outmoded teaching methods of moral education, and the single evaluation method of professional ethics education. The professional ethics education has insufficient pertinence and the effect is not good and so on. This paper analyzes the reasons for the above problems and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the professional ethics education: first, to optimize the teaching methods of moral education in secondary vocational schools; second, to construct a reasonable evaluation system of professional ethics education; third, to strengthen the construction of teachers' ranks. To cultivate a group of teachers who understand the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and professional characteristics, and finally to strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises to improve the effectiveness of professional ethics education.
