日本专门职业大学院的特征及升学路径

【摘要】：日本的职业教育在全世界具有很高的层次和水平,其专门职业教育已经上升至专门职业大学院水准。日本的专门职业大学院的专业设置、课程编制、实践环节、学制年限既具有制定的严格性,又具有执行的灵活性。此外,日本专门职业大学院的升学路径在职业教育领域也具有很高的建设性。因此,极有必要对日本专门职业大学院的特点进行分析,挖掘其运行特点和优势,为我国职业教育的发展提供借鉴和启示。
[Abstract]:Japan's vocational education has a high level and level in the world, and its specialized vocational education has risen to the level of specialized vocational colleges. The specialized vocational colleges in Japan have not only the strictness of establishment but also the flexibility of execution. In addition, the path of Japanese specialized vocational colleges is also highly constructive in the field of vocational education. Therefore, it is very necessary to analyze the characteristics of Japan's specialized vocational colleges, excavate their operating characteristics and advantages, and provide reference and inspiration for the development of vocational education in China.
