以校企耦合渗透推进高职院校办学改革

【摘要】：产教融合、校企合作是职业教育发展的黄金律。研究发现,升格后高职院校办学目标、招生制度、课程体系等没有跳出普通教育的圈子。高职院校没有实现校企利益对接,企业校企合作内生动力不足,校企合作没有形成利益责任共同体。为解决这一问题,可以构建校企功能互补耦合、教育责任拓展、业务相向渗透的深度合作模式,具体改革路径是:建立政行企校合作共同体,改革高职院校招生制度,制定校企人员互聘交流和实习管理责任分担制度,加强政策支持和立法保障。
[Abstract]:Integration of industry and education, school-enterprise cooperation is the golden law of vocational education development. It is found that the goals, enrollment system and curriculum system of higher vocational colleges do not jump out of the circle of general education. Higher vocational colleges have not realized the docking of the interests of the school and enterprise. In order to solve this problem, we can construct a deep cooperation mode with complementary functions of enterprises, expansion of educational responsibility and mutual penetration of business. The specific reform path is to establish a cooperative community between government, bank and enterprise, and to reform the enrollment system of higher vocational colleges. To establish the system of mutual employment and exchange and practice management responsibility sharing, strengthen policy support and legislative protection.
