高职院校开展教学诊断与改进工作研究

【摘要】：高职院校开展教学诊断与改进工作外部有需求、内部有需要,职业教育的管、办、评三方要共同履行教学质量保证的责任;学校应通过树立质量文化,建设内部质量保障体系,建立常态化诊改机制,提高信息化水平,来组织实施教学质量的诊断与改进,并完善相应的保障机制,确保教学诊改工作的有序开展。高职院校是教学工作诊断与改进的责任主体,应健全内部质量保障体系,积极推进诊改体制和机制建设,促进学校人才培养质量的不断提升。
[Abstract]:It is necessary for higher vocational colleges to carry out teaching diagnosis and improvement work with external demand, internal need, management, management and evaluation of vocational education to jointly fulfill the responsibility of teaching quality assurance, the school should establish a quality culture and build an internal quality assurance system. It is necessary to set up a regular diagnostic reform mechanism to improve the level of information, to organize and implement the diagnosis and improvement of teaching quality, and to perfect the corresponding guarantee mechanism to ensure the orderly development of teaching diagnosis and reform. Higher vocational colleges are the main body responsible for the diagnosis and improvement of teaching work. It is necessary to perfect the internal quality assurance system, actively promote the system and mechanism construction of diagnosis and reform, and promote the continuous improvement of the quality of talents training in schools.
