【摘要】:高等职业教育的发展和国民经济的发展有着紧密的联系,它为国民经济的发展不断输入生产、建设、管理和服务一线的高素质技能型人才。“十二五”期间我国经济发展进入了结构调整的攻坚时期,新的经济发展形势对我国高等职业教育的教育教学质量提出了更高的要求,而教育教学质量的提高离不开一支综合素质优良的专业课教师队伍,尤其是与社会生产、建设联系较为紧密的工科类专业,由于其专业知识、技能更新比较快,更应该注重专业课教师的专业理论知识的更新和专业实践能力、教育教学能力的提升,但是,由于诸多方面因素的影响目前我国高等职业教育专业课教师队伍的素质已经成为我国高等职业教育质量提高的一个重要瓶颈。因此,,研究高等职业院校工科类专业课教师培训具有重要的现实意义。 论文通过调查总结了当前高职院校工科类专业课教师培训的现状及存在的主要问题,并从政府、社会、学校和教师自身四个层面进行了原因分析,之后在借鉴国外高职教师培训经验的基础上,从转变高职师资培训理念、加强培训工作体系建设、完善培训保障体系建设和改进培训评估体系建设四个方面探讨了加强高职院校工科类专业课教师培训的对策。
[Abstract]:The development of higher vocational education is closely related to the development of the national economy. It continuously inputs high-quality skilled personnel into production, construction, management and service for the development of the national economy. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China's economic development entered a critical period of structural adjustment. The new economic development situation has put forward higher requirements for the quality of education and teaching in higher vocational education in China. However, the improvement of education and teaching quality can not be separated from a team of professional teachers with excellent comprehensive quality, especially with social production and the construction of engineering majors, which are closely connected with each other. Because of their professional knowledge, their skills are updated more quickly. We should pay more attention to the renewal of professional theoretical knowledge and professional practical ability of professional teachers, and the improvement of educational and teaching ability, but, At present, the quality of teachers in higher vocational education has become an important bottleneck to improve the quality of higher vocational education. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the teacher training of engineering major in higher vocational colleges. This paper summarizes the current situation and main problems of teacher training of engineering major in higher vocational colleges through investigation, and from the government, society, This paper analyzes the causes of the four levels of the school and the teachers themselves, and then, on the basis of drawing lessons from the training experience of foreign higher vocational teachers, changes the concept of teacher training in higher vocational education and strengthens the construction of the training work system. This paper probes into the countermeasures of strengthening the training of teachers of engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: perfecting the construction of training guarantee system and improving the construction of training evaluation system.
