烟台市中等职业学校德育教育现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】：在我国教育体系中，职业教育是很重要的组成部分，“职业教育要面向人人、面向社会，着力培养学生的职业道德、职业技能和就业创业能力”。中等职业学校学生的思想状况既有普通学生的共性，又有自己的鲜明特色。分析当前中等职业学校德育教育的现状，分析其特点、规律和存在问题，寻找解决的最佳途径，是为国家经济社会发展培养合格的技术人才的迫切需要。本文在继承前人的基础上开拓创新，，坚持以理论为指导，以事实为根据，选取烟台市中等职业学校的德育教育为研究对象，对我市中等职业教育的德育工作现状及存在问题进行了深入分析，并针对存在问题系统阐述了解决之策。具体来讲，本研究一共由四个部分组成：第一部分是前言，对中等职业学校德育教育的研究意义、国内外研究现状了分析；第二部分是烟台市中等职业学校德育现状；第三部分是烟台市中等职业学校德育的主要问题；第四部分是烟台市中等职业学校德育问题的解决对策。
[Abstract]:In China's education system, vocational education is an important component. "Vocational education should be oriented to all people, face to society, cultivate students' professional ethics, professional skills and employment and entrepreneurship". The ideological status of secondary vocational school students has both common students and their own distinctive features. The present situation of moral education in school is to analyze its characteristics, laws and problems, and to find the best way to solve it. It is the urgent need for the development of qualified technical talents for the development of the national economy and society.
On the basis of inheriting the predecessors' innovation, we adhere to the theory as the guidance, and take the facts as the basis, select the moral education of the secondary vocational school in Yantai as the research object, analyze the present situation and the existing problems of the moral education in the secondary vocational education in our city, and elaborate the solutions to the existing problems systematically. This study consists of four parts: the first part is the preface, the significance of the research on moral education in secondary vocational schools, the analysis of the present situation at home and abroad, the second part is the present situation of moral education in Yantai secondary vocational schools, the third part is the main problem of the moral education in Yantai secondary vocational schools; the fourth part is the middle school in Yantai. The solution to the problem of moral education in vocational schools.
