职业教育校企合作激励机制研究

【摘要】：我国高等职业院校与企业之间的合作是一个系统，关系到政府、学校、企业、社会组织等多个主体，有效运行不仅和高等职业院校的实力有关，还与社会经济发展、企业市场环境等方面密切相关。通过研究国内外相关资料，校企合作的有效运行的条件是要有建立高等职业院校与企业合作相匹配的长效机制。构建高等职业院校与企业合作的机制具有重要理论意义与实践意义。建立和完善高等职业院校与企业合作机制是一个长时间的过程。而当前我国正处在社会转型期，高等职业院校与企业合作有很多问题和不足，如政府对校企合作没有必要的政策和资金支持；高职院校缺少必要的校企合作管理机构；企业参与程度不高等等。文章通过研究德国、美国、澳大利亚在校企合作的措施，提出对我国可借鉴的经验；最后，，文章从高等职业院校与企业合作的主体出发，研究了校企合作机制的内容，提出了完善我国高职院校校企合作激励机制的对策。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises in China is a system, related to the government, schools, enterprises, social organizations and other main bodies, the effective operation is not only related to the strength of higher vocational colleges, but also to the social and economic development. Enterprise market environment and other aspects are closely related. Through the study of relevant information at home and abroad, the effective operation condition of the cooperation between school and enterprise is to establish a long-term mechanism to match the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct the mechanism of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. It is a long process to establish and perfect the cooperation mechanism between higher vocational colleges and enterprises. At present, our country is in the social transition period, there are many problems and deficiencies in the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, such as the government does not have the necessary policy and financial support to the cooperation between the schools and enterprises, the higher vocational colleges lack the necessary management institutions of the cooperation between the schools and enterprises; The degree of enterprise participation is not high and so on. Through the study of the measures of cooperation among German, American and Australian universities and enterprises, the paper puts forward some experiences that can be used for reference in our country. Finally, from the main body of the cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, the paper studies the contents of the cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the incentive mechanism of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges.
