黑龙江省同江市农村职业教育发展问题研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,人才竞争成为了当今全球国家间竞争的主体,培养人才需要教育。我国是全球的人口大国,劳动力资源丰富。我国人口数量占有全球人口的1/5之多,国内人口的4/5是农民,因此,彻底提升农村人口的素质是我们面临的重要问题。农村职业教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分,担负着转移剩余劳动力和提高农村人口素质的重要任务,其发展的状况与其功能的发挥程度的直接影响我国全面建设小康社会的历史进程。改革开放后,我国农村教育的迅速发展,出现了一系列不可忽视的问题。建设小康社会的重要环节之一是全力挖掘农村人力资源。基础教育、农村职业教育、成人教育是提高农村人力素质不可或缺的环节。2006年,国家提出“整合农村教育资源,发展成人教育与农村职业教育”。随着社会主义新农村建设与和谐社会的建设,农村职业教育越来越显现出巨大的社会和经济功能。社会关注的热点逐渐集中于农村职业教育上。发展农村职业教育,需要加强对其的研究。黑龙江省同江市是我国众多县镇的缩影,以此为例可以作为深入发展农村人力资源的例证,有望在全国扩展。本文结合中国的具体情况,研究我国农村职业教育发展中存在的问题,针对问题提出对策建议,对今后研究具有意义。 本论文运用文献资料的研究与调研相结合、数理统计分析方法和比较分析的研究方法,对人力资源开发和农村职业教育进行概念界定,以相关基础理论为指导,着眼于现实与未来,分析了同江市农村职业教育的现状、主要问题和制约因素。针对职业教育学校招生不理想的问题对同江市初中生进行了一次调查,通过得到的数据以及借鉴国外先进经验并得到的启示,有针对性的提出了推进未来农村职业教育发展与改革的对策建议。 我国农村人多地少,要想发展农业就要减少承载量,转移大量剩余劳动力,这项任务就由农村职业教育来完成,因此我国农村职业教育的发展前景是很广阔的,但任务发展,为建设社会主义新农村,,建设和谐社会做出贡献。 很艰巨。本文中的论述并不完善,研究有待于深化,以推动同江市农村职业教育的进一步
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, talent competition has become the main body of competition among countries all over the world. Our country is the global population big country, the labor force resources are abundant. The population of our country accounts for as much as one fifth of the world's population, and four fifths of the population in China is a farmer. Therefore, it is an important problem for us to thoroughly improve the quality of the rural population. Rural vocational education is an important part of vocational education in our country, which shoulders the important task of transferring surplus labor force and improving the quality of rural population. The condition of its development and the exertion degree of its function have a direct influence on the historical process of building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country. After the reform and opening up, the rapid development of rural education in China, a series of problems can not be ignored. One of the important links of building a well-off society is to excavate rural human resources. Basic education, rural vocational education and adult education are indispensable links to improve rural human quality. In 2006, the government put forward "integrate rural educational resources, develop adult education and rural vocational education". With the construction of new socialist countryside and harmonious society, rural vocational education has more and more great social and economic functions. The focus of social concern is gradually concentrated on rural vocational education. To develop rural vocational education, we need to strengthen its research. Tongjiang City in Heilongjiang Province is the epitome of many counties and towns in our country. It can be used as an example for the further development of rural human resources and is expected to expand in the whole country. This paper studies the problems existing in the development of rural vocational education in China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, which is of significance to the future research. This paper uses the literature research and the investigation, the mathematical statistics analysis method and the comparative analysis research method, carries on the concept definition to the human resources development and the rural vocational education, with the related basic theory as the instruction. Focusing on reality and future, this paper analyzes the present situation, main problems and restrictive factors of rural vocational education in Tongjiang City. Aiming at the problem of imperfect enrollment in vocational education schools, this paper makes a survey on junior high school students in Tongjiang City, and draws lessons from the advanced experience of foreign countries and draws inspiration from the data obtained. The countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development and reform of rural vocational education in the future are put forward. In order to develop agriculture, we must reduce the carrying capacity and transfer a large number of surplus labor force. This task is accomplished by rural vocational education. Therefore, the development prospect of rural vocational education in our country is very broad, but the task is developing. To build a new socialist countryside, building a harmonious society to make contributions. It's hard. The discussion in this paper is not perfect, the research needs to be deepened, in order to promote the further development of rural vocational education in Tongjiang City.
