[Abstract]:In recent years, China is vigorously promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education, exploring an effective mode of cooperation, and striving to form a system and mechanism with Chinese characteristics and adapting to the national conditions of our country. However, at present, there is a general hot vocational colleges and enterprises relatively cold phenomenon. Many vocational colleges are unable to find the proper way and mode to cooperate with enterprises and to cultivate skilled talents to meet the needs of enterprises. This situation is caused by many factors, one of the reasons is that, as an important party of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, there is insufficient understanding of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in the cooperation between the vocational colleges and the enterprises, and the professional establishment lacks the enterprise participation. The teaching reform and curriculum system development are not flexible; the teachers' practical experience is insufficient; the number of practice bases is insufficient; the cooperation mode and its relationship are lack of stability; Lack of effective management organization and strict system guarantee system and so on. The innovation of this paper lies in taking vocational colleges as the starting point of the research, through the literature analysis to carry on the thorough analysis and the research to the massive literature data about the vocational colleges and universities to promote the cooperation between the school and the enterprise at home and abroad. This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the process of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in our country. In addition, through comparative analysis, this paper systematically compares the roles, roles and functions of vocational colleges and universities in the cooperation between schools and enterprises in Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Japan and other countries. On the basis of reasonably absorbing and drawing lessons from the advanced models and effective mechanisms of foreign vocational education, this paper adopts the case analysis method, taking the concrete measures taken by some vocational colleges and universities in promoting the cooperation between the schools and enterprises as an example. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the current situation of cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises: vocational colleges and universities should change their ideas, take the initiative to cooperate with enterprises in all aspects, set up specialties to meet the needs of enterprises and the labor market; The reform of teaching and the development of curriculum system should meet the needs of enterprises; teachers should be hired and trained by enterprises; practice bases should be established actively to improve the quality of practical teaching; and the cultivation of "orders" should be carried out in order to innovate the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and so on. In order to improve the quality and development speed of vocational education in our country, we can promote the role of vocational colleges in promoting the cooperation between schools and enterprises, improve the system and mechanism of cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education in our country and promote the quality and development of vocational education in our country.
