山东省高职院校发展中的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:在国家大力发展职业教育的背景下,山东省高职院校经过十几年的迅猛发展,无论是从学院数量还是招生规模都取得了长足的发展。高职院校作为高等教育和职业教育的合成体,肩负着培养高素质,高技能的专门性人才。随着区域经济发展对专业人才的需求量不断增加,高职院校服务区域经济的特性越来越显现出来。面对社会上的“招工难,就业难”这一矛盾现象,高职院校进行专业调整,加强管理,才能走上健康持续的发展之路。本文通过分析山东省高职院校目前的发展现状,并提出促进山东省高职教育的发展的策略。 本文主要运用公共管理中新公共管理理论对高职院校的管理提出新的思路,全文共分六个部分: 第一部分为绪论,分析了选题的理由和意义,,综述分析了国内外对高职教育的研究现状,阐述了写作思路和写作方法。 第二部分,主要介绍了我国职业教育的基础理论,介绍了什么是高职教育以及高职院校定位的基础概念,同时引入新公共管理理论并阐述了新公共管理理论的基本思想,并对其理论在高职院校管理中是否适用进行分析,最终总结出应用思路。 第三部分,对山东省高职院校发展现状进行分析。重点分析了山东的高职院校发展情况、区域经济发展情况、促进高职院校发展的政策文件、投入情况以及近年来山东省高职的发展趋势。 第四部分,主要分析了山东省高职院校发展中存在的问题,分析了管理体制中存在的问题,以及学院本身发展中存在的问题。针对问题分析其原因。 第五部分,分析国外典型高职院校发展的成功模式,对我国高职院校发展提供可借鉴经验。 第六部分,结合山东省高职院校的发展情况,提出发展对策。结合新公共管理理论,创新管理体制;增加教育投入;控制发展规模;加快师资队伍建设;完善人才培养机制。
[Abstract]:Under the background of vigorously developing vocational education in Shandong Province, vocational colleges in Shandong Province have made great progress in terms of both the number of colleges and the scale of enrollment after more than ten years of rapid development. As the synthesis of higher education and vocational education, higher vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating high-quality and high-skilled professionals. With the increasing demand for professional talents in the development of regional economy, the characteristics of serving regional economy in higher vocational colleges are becoming more and more obvious. In the face of the contradiction of "difficult employment and difficult employment" in the society, higher vocational colleges can take the path of healthy and sustainable development by adjusting their specialties and strengthening their management. Based on the analysis of the present development situation of higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the development of higher vocational education in Shandong Province. This article mainly uses the new public management theory in the public management to put forward the new thought to the higher vocational college management, the full text altogether divides into six parts: the first part is the introduction, has analyzed the reason and the significance of the topic, This paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation of research on higher vocational education at home and abroad, and expounds the thinking and method of writing. The second part mainly introduces the basic theory of vocational education in our country, and introduces the basic concept of higher vocational education and the orientation of higher vocational colleges. At the same time, it introduces the new public management theory and expounds the basic ideas of the new public management theory. And the theory in the management of higher vocational colleges is applicable to analysis, and finally summed up the application of ideas. The third part analyzes the development of higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province. This paper mainly analyzes the development of higher vocational colleges in Shandong province, the development of regional economy, the policy documents, the investment situation and the development trend of higher vocational colleges in Shandong province in recent years. The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the development of higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, analyzes the problems existing in the management system and the problems existing in the development of the colleges themselves. Analyze the reasons for the problem. The fifth part analyzes the successful mode of the development of the foreign typical higher vocational colleges, and provides reference experience for the development of our country's higher vocational colleges. The sixth part, combined with the development of higher vocational colleges in Shandong Province, put forward the development countermeasures. Combine the new public management theory, innovate the management system; increase the education investment; control the development scale; speed up the construction of the teaching staff; perfect the talent training mechanism.
