基于职业标准的高职课程改革策略研究

【摘要】:职业标准是根据职业的活动内容,对从业人员工作能力水平的规范性要求。高等职业教育课程与职业标准的衔接、融合能一定程度解决高职课程“学问化”,人才培养与社会需求脱节等问题,为改革高职课程提供一种新思路。本论文依据课程理论,工作导向知识观、实践性学习、终身教育理论,在借鉴国外和国内经验的基础上,对职业标准转化为高职课程结构和课程内容,在方法、步骤上进行了初步研究。 论文主体由绪论、正文、结论三部分组成。绪论介绍了本研究有关概念的界定、研究的目的和意义、文献综述、研究的基本思路和研究方法等。正文包含五个部分: 第一部分简要梳理了我国高职课程的现状,,从课程开发方式、课程结构、课程内容及评价标准四方面阐述了存在的问题,并从普通高等教育课程,行业企业,高职院校课程改革三方面分析原因,为引出职业标准打下铺垫。第二部分从理论及实践角度证明了引入“职业标准”改革当前高职课程是有效的,体现在哲学依据、心理学依据、教育学依据,以及国外和国内的实践经验上。第三部分从四个方面设计了改革的具体原则,分别为,系统性原则、综合职业能力本位原则、工学交替原则及全面素质教育与专业教育结合原则,并提出了改革思路,指导改革进行。基于这些原则及改革思路,第四部分从介绍“课程化”及职业标准“课程化”入手,结合汽车维修工国家职业标准,高职院校“汽车检测与维修技术专业”具体论述了职业标准转化为高职课程结构和课程内容的实践操作。第五部分从观念更新、教育资源建设、师资队伍建设、组织机制建设、“双证书”制度建设等五方面出发,论证了保障实践操作顺利进行的相关举措。后两部分是本文的核心,共同构成基于职业标准改革当前高职课程的策略主体。 结论部分概括了笔者的观点,本研究的局限及今后的努力方向。
[Abstract]:The professional standard is the normative requirement of the working ability level of the employee according to the activity content of the profession. The convergence of higher vocational education curriculum and vocational standard can solve the problems of "learning" and disconnection between talent training and social demand to a certain extent, which provides a new way of thinking for the reform of higher vocational curriculum. On the basis of curriculum theory, work-oriented knowledge view, practical learning, life-long education theory, and on the basis of learning from foreign and domestic experiences, this paper transforms vocational standards into higher vocational curriculum structure and curriculum content. A preliminary study was carried out on the steps. The main body of the thesis consists of three parts: introduction, text and conclusion. The introduction introduces the definition of the relevant concepts, the purpose and significance of the research, the literature review, the basic ideas and research methods. The main body includes five parts: the first part briefly combs the present situation of higher vocational courses in our country, expounds the existing problems from four aspects of curriculum development mode, curriculum structure, curriculum content and evaluation standard. The causes of curriculum reform in higher education courses, enterprises and higher vocational colleges are analyzed in order to lay the groundwork for the introduction of professional standards. The second part proves that it is effective to introduce "professional standard" to reform the current higher vocational curriculum from the angle of theory and practice, which is embodied in philosophical basis, psychological basis, pedagogy basis, as well as foreign and domestic practical experience. The third part designs the concrete principles of the reform from four aspects, namely, the systematic principle, the principle of comprehensive vocational ability standard, the principle of alternating work and learning, and the principle of combining all-around quality education with professional education, and puts forward the reform ideas. To guide the reform. Based on these principles and reform ideas, the fourth part begins with the introduction of "curriculum" and professional standard "curriculum", combining with the national professional standards of automobile maintenance workers. This paper discusses the practical operation of transforming the professional standard into the structure and content of higher vocational courses in "Automobile Inspection and maintenance Technology Specialty" in higher vocational colleges. The fifth part starts from five aspects, such as concept renewal, education resource construction, teacher team construction, organization mechanism construction, "double certificate" system construction and so on, and proves the relevant measures to guarantee the smooth operation of practice. The latter two parts are the core of this paper, and together constitute the strategic subject of the reform of the current higher vocational curriculum based on the professional standards. The conclusion part summarizes the author's viewpoint, the limitation of this study and the direction of future efforts.
