高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才的问题分析与路径探索

【摘要】：根据我国经济产业转型和高职教育发展现状,从政策、现实基础、国外经验方面提出高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才的可行性。分析高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才存在的问题主要体现在:政策困境、理念偏差、高职教育自身基础不足、发展能力不强,并提出我国高职教育培养本科应用技术型人才的路径思考,即高职院校与本科高校分段培养、整体培养应用技术型人才。
[Abstract]:According to the economic and industrial transformation of our country and the present situation of the development of higher vocational education, this paper puts forward the feasibility of cultivating applied technical talents in higher vocational education from the aspects of policy, realistic foundation and foreign experience. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of applied technical talents in higher vocational education, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects: policy dilemma, deviation of ideas, insufficient foundation of higher vocational education and weak development ability. The paper also puts forward the path of cultivating applied technical talents in higher vocational education in our country, that is to say, the higher vocational colleges and universities should train the applied technical talents by stages and as a whole.
