高职院校职业指导教师队伍建设研究

【摘要】:加强高职院校职业指导教师队伍建设是全面提高高职院校职业指导工作质量的重中之重,对大力提升高职院校办学内涵、推进院校可持续发展、提高高等职业教育教学质量都具有现实意义。合理建设职业指导教师队伍,是加快完成高职院校职业指导工作外延式发展与内涵式发展动态有机结合的有利保障。 从资料的搜集和整理来看,针对高职院校职业指导教师队伍建设方面的研究为数不多,同时已有研究对存在问题的缘由及问题本身分析地不够深入、不成系统,得出解决问题的策略缺乏针对性。从现实需要出发,此研究已成必要,,意义重大。 此研究采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法,在充分的理论分析与相关资料的积累基础上,深入河北省不同城市的10所高职院校,分别对数名职业指导教师进行问卷调查,对高职院校职业指导工作相关领导进行深度访谈,对数名职业指导教师进行随机访谈。当前高职院校职业指导教师队伍在结构方面(年龄、学历、专业背景、智能、职务、异质、学缘等)存在不合理之处,亟待进一步优化;在管理方面(选拔与任用、评价与考核、培养与提高、激励机制、生涯管理、师资管理者)也存在诸多不完善之处,加强高职院校职业指导教师队伍建设已成为时代的要求。这不仅需要政府的大力支持,更关键的是高职院校的高度重视和职业指导教师自身的不断提高。 此研究通过对资料的整理分析与对数据的科学统计,将所呈现的问题全面归纳总结,充分分析问题的核心所在,并将相关理论与院校发展现状相结合,提出相应解决问题的对策。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of vocational guidance teachers in higher vocational colleges is the most important task in improving the quality of vocational guidance work in higher vocational colleges in an all-round way. It is of great importance to promote the connotation of running higher vocational colleges and promote the sustainable development of colleges and universities. It is of practical significance to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education. The rational construction of the teaching staff of vocational guidance is a favorable guarantee to accelerate the completion of the extension development of vocational guidance work in higher vocational colleges and the organic combination of connotation development dynamics. From the point of view of data collection and collation, there are few studies on the construction of vocational guidance teachers in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, the existing studies have not been deep enough to analyze the causes of the problems and the problems themselves, and they are not systematic. The strategy to solve the problem is lack of pertinence. Proceeding from the practical needs, this research has become necessary and of great significance. This research adopts the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, on the basis of sufficient theoretical analysis and accumulation of relevant materials, goes deep into 10 higher vocational colleges in different cities of Hebei Province, and carries on the questionnaire survey to several vocational guidance teachers respectively. The related leaders of vocational guidance work in higher vocational colleges were interviewed in depth, and a number of vocational guidance teachers were interviewed randomly. At present, the structure of vocational guidance teachers in higher vocational colleges (age, education, professional background, intelligence, position, heterogeneity, academic background, etc.) is unreasonable and needs to be further optimized. There are also many imperfections in evaluation and examination, cultivation and improvement, incentive mechanism, career management and teachers' management. Strengthening the construction of vocational guidance teachers in higher vocational colleges has become the requirement of the times. This not only needs the support of the government, but also the importance of higher vocational colleges and the continuous improvement of vocational guidance teachers themselves. Through the analysis of the data and the scientific statistics of the data, the present problems are summed up, the core of the problem is fully analyzed, and the relevant theories are combined with the current situation of the development of colleges and universities. Put forward the corresponding solution to the problem.
