中等职业学校文化基础课程教学的现状与对策研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育是我国人才培养教育体系中重要的一环,不同于普通高校教育模式具有其独特性的职业教育的办学宗旨是培养兼具一定的文化基础知识和较强的专业理论与实践操作能力的人才。改革开放三十年来,我国的中等职业教育在社会主义现代化建设过程中扮演了极其重要的角色,为我国的建设事业培养了大量的一线实用型人才,做出了巨大的贡献。随着我国经济建设成果的不断积累和现代化进程的不断加快,人才的需求,尤其是符合新时代要求的人才的需求日益加大。进入了经济全球化阶段之后,人才资源稀缺、人才结构不合理的问题日益凸显。 在这种大背景之下,近年来,广大中等职业学校在强调其自身实践性、专门性和技术性,强调普遍的技术教育的过程当中,过多地将注意力和资源放在了职业技术实践能力的训练上,但是忽视了职业教育教书育人,提高学生综合素质的方面。教育部部长周济在2005年度的全国职业教育经验交流会上曾经说过,“树立和落实科学发展观,必须大力促进职业教育和社会经济协调发展,促进职业教育内部的协调发展,促进职业教育和其它各类教育的协调发展。为了促进各类教育的协调发展,都要求职业教育有一个大的发展,为我国现代化建设培养数以万计的高素质劳动者”。这里不难看出,各级各类教育的全面发展、学生综合能力素质的全面提高才是职业教育发展的重中之重。而忽视这一点,将会造成了许多学生虽然具有良好的专业技术知识和技能,但是由于文化基础薄弱和基础理论水平较差,所学的专业技术知识无法得到更好更全的发挥和提高,这样的畸形发展不仅影响了学生自身的提高和完善,也影响了我国的社会主义经济建设。 为此,本篇论文主要从我国和国外发达资本主义国家中等职业教育发展的历史和现实出发,归纳其文化基础课程发展和改革的经验和成果,通过广泛收集关于上述问题的材料,以期为我国中等职业教育文化基础课程的发展带来有利的信息。接着本篇论文在分析了文化基础课程在中等职业教育发展中的一般价值和特殊价值之后,通过对中等职业学生、中等职业教师和用人单位的多方面实地调查,以问卷的方式搜集了许多关于中等职业教育文化基础课程宝贵的信息,并从中提炼了现阶段我国中等职业教育存在的主要问题及其成因,最后得出了中等职业学校文化基础课教学改革的现状与对策。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of the educational system of talent training in China. The purpose of vocational education, which is different from the educational model of ordinary colleges and universities, is to train talents with certain basic cultural knowledge and strong professional theoretical and practical ability. Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, the secondary vocational education in our country has played an extremely important role in the process of socialist modernization, trained a large number of first-line practical talents for the construction of our country, and made great contributions. With the continuous accumulation of economic construction achievements and the acceleration of the modernization process, the demand for talents, especially those in line with the requirements of the new era, is increasing day by day. After entering the stage of economic globalization, talent resource is scarce and talent structure is unreasonable. Against this background, in recent years, the vast number of secondary vocational schools have emphasized their own practicality, specialization, technology and general technical education. Too much attention and resources have been paid to the training of vocational and technical practical ability, but the vocational education has been neglected, and the aspects of improving students' comprehensive quality have been neglected. Zhou Ji, Minister of Education, said at the National Conference on Vocational Education in 2005 that "to establish and implement the scientific concept of development, we must vigorously promote the coordinated development of vocational education and social economy, and promote the coordinated development within vocational education." To promote the coordinated development of vocational education and other types of education. In order to promote the coordinated development of all kinds of education, vocational education is required to have a great development and to train tens of thousands of high-quality laborers for the modernization of our country. It is not difficult to see that the overall development of all kinds of education at all levels and the overall improvement of students' comprehensive ability is the most important part of the development of vocational education. Ignoring this will result in many students having good professional technical knowledge and skills, but because of the weak cultural foundation and poor basic theory, the professional technical knowledge can not be better and more fully developed and improved. Such abnormal development not only affects the improvement and perfection of students themselves, but also affects the socialist economic construction of our country. Therefore, starting from the history and reality of the development of secondary vocational education in our country and developed capitalist countries abroad, this paper summarizes the experiences and achievements of the development and reform of the basic curriculum of culture, and through the extensive collection of materials on the above issues, In order to bring favorable information for the development of basic curriculum of secondary vocational education culture in our country. After analyzing the general value and special value of the cultural basic course in the development of secondary vocational education, this paper makes a field investigation of the secondary vocational students, secondary vocational teachers and employers. This paper collects a lot of valuable information about the basic curriculum of secondary vocational education culture by means of questionnaire, and abstracts the main problems and causes of secondary vocational education in our country at the present stage. Finally, the author draws the present situation and countermeasures of the teaching reform of the basic course of culture in secondary vocational schools.
