县级职教中心学生流失问题的研究

【摘要】：县级职教中心自上世纪90年代成立以来，已经为广大农村的发展起到了积极的推动作用。随着近年来国家对职业教育的重视，职业教育在整个国民教育系列中的地位不断提高，农村职业教育也得到了迅速的发展。但在发展的同时，县级职教中心在自身建设发展的道路上也遇到了层层阻力和困难，不断面临各种新的挑战。在学校发展壮大的同时，学生流失问题越来越引起学校的关注和重视，因为较为严重的流失已经成为影响和制约学校发展的一个重要因素，严重影响到了对农村高素质职业技术人员的培养。因此，正视县级职教中心学生流失问题，找出流失的原因，在学校层面提出科学合理的减少并控制学生流失的解决对策是一项重要的课题，，也是当前县级职教中心健康快速发展的必然要求。在当前县级职教中心办学规模不断壮大，办学经验不断丰富的情况下，学生的流失问题却依然相当严重，即便在学校重视并开展控辍工作的大环境下，每个学期流失的学生数量仍在不断增加。本研究从分析县级职教中心学生存在的流失问题及原因入手，在大量阅读相关文献的基础上，以笔者所在的职教中心为研究对象，对县级职教中心学校教师和学生进行了大量的访谈。笔者在搜集整理典型案例的基础上分析了造成县级职教中心学生严重流失的原因，同时对学校现有的控制学生流失的举措进行多方论证的基础上，查找出了学校在控制学生流失工作问题上存在的疏漏和不足，对学生流失问题进行了多元化的解读，为校方制定科学合理的解决流失问题寻找科学的解答。在本论文中，笔者围绕职教中心学生的流失问题，对学校的教育教学工作从多方面进行了的考察和分析，最后将本研究的落脚点定为：在现有条件下，通过充分发挥县级职教中心的自身努力来减少并控制学生的流失，提出了全员都参与、全过程都参与、全方位都参与的控制学生流失的有效解决对策。
[Abstract]:Since its establishment in 1990's, the county vocational education center has played an active role in promoting the development of rural areas. With the attention of the country to vocational education in recent years, the status of vocational education in the whole national education series has been continuously improved, and the rural vocational education has also been developed rapidly. But at the same time, the county vocational education center has met with various obstacles and difficulties on the road of its own construction and development, and has been faced with various new challenges. At the same time of the development and expansion of the school, the problem of the loss of students has attracted more and more attention of the school, because the more serious loss has become an important factor affecting and restricting the development of the school. Seriously affected to the rural high-quality vocational and technical personnel training. Therefore, it is an important task to face up to the problem of student loss in county vocational education centers, find out the reasons of the loss, and put forward scientific and reasonable solutions to reduce and control the loss of students at the school level. Is also the current county level vocational education center healthy fast development inevitable request. At present, the scale of running schools at county level vocational education centers is growing and the experience of running schools is constantly rich, but the problem of student wastage is still quite serious, even in the environment where schools attach great importance to and carry out the work of controlling dropouts. The number of students losing every semester is still increasing. This study begins with the analysis of the problem and causes of the loss of students in the county vocational education center, and on the basis of reading a large number of related documents, takes the vocational education center where the author lives as the research object. A large number of interviews have been conducted on teachers and students in county vocational education centers. On the basis of collecting and sorting out typical cases, the author analyzes the causes of the serious loss of students in the county vocational education center, and at the same time, on the basis of various argumentation on the existing measures to control the students' loss, This paper finds out the omissions and shortcomings of the school in controlling the loss of students, and makes a pluralistic interpretation of the problem of the loss of students, so as to find a scientific solution for the school to formulate a scientific and reasonable solution to the problem of loss. In this paper, the author focuses on the problem of the loss of students in vocational education centers, and makes an investigation and analysis of the education and teaching work in schools from various aspects. Finally, the conclusion of this study is as follows: under the existing conditions, By giving full play to the county vocational education center's own efforts to reduce and control the loss of students, this paper puts forward the effective countermeasures to control the students' loss, in which all members participate, the whole process is involved, and all aspects are involved.
