【摘要】：坚持服务发展、促进就业的办学方向,秉承工学结合,践行"校企双主体"人才培养模式,通过推行"双元运行""互惠互赢""集群发展"推进策略,广东工程职业技术学院探索并践行了"适应—追赶—跨越—带动"内涵式发展路径,对薄弱高职院校内涵式发展的路径选择与模式构建进行了研究。
