技工学校安全教育的问题及对策研究

【摘要】:安全教育应该是贯穿并影响学生终生的教育内容之一,是学生除所学专业技能外,必须明确认知的教育方面。时代的飞速发展,人的价值更为巨大,人本思想也更加深入人心。技工教育属于我国人力资源开发和国民教育体系非常重要的组成部分之一,为国家经济发展提供高技能人才发挥着重要作用。技工学校必须努力培养适应行业企业发展需求的中高级技术技能人才,为地方经济社会发展服务。技工学校作为培养企业一线操作型技能人才的主阵地,教育好学生,引导帮助学生树立安全意识,培养安全行为习惯,学习掌握基本的安全知识和技能,学会自我保护,预防隐患发生,避免伤害是学校不能回避的任务。技工学校生源以及办学形式的特殊性,使得安全教育和现实的冲突尤为突出。技工学校既要保证学生在校学习时的安全,还要保证学生进入企业实习工作时的安全,责任重大,任务艰巨。同时由于生源的素质以及技工学校培养方向的特殊性和技工学校内外的不同特点,技校学生的安全教育问题较多。本文正是基于这样的背景,试图以××技工学校为例,运用问卷法和访谈法了解技工学校的安全教育开展情况。弄清技工学校安全教育的实际状况,调查发现学校安全教育的问题,提出解决问题的对策与建议,为同类学校安全教育进一步发展提高提供参考。首先,陈述研究的背景和意义。从技工学校的安全教育模式、安全教育方式以及安全教育的实效性等几方面对国内有关安全教育的以及国外关于企业安全培训的相应成果资料进行学习研究。在分析梳理的前提下,厘清技工教育和安全教育这两个核心概念,确定选用的研究方法和希望实现的目标。其次,对××技工学校2013级进入企业开展实习工作的142名学生进行问卷调查,对学校32名教职工以及16名实习企业相关人员的问卷调查和访谈,了解××技工学校安全教育的现状,并对问卷和访谈调查结果进行分析,归纳总结学校安全教育存在的主要问题。再次,在对学校安全教育现状调查分析的基础上,对××技工学校安全教育出现的问题深入分析其产生的原因。其中重点原因是学校各相关部门对学生安全教育工作认识不统一、教师对学生开展安全教育的目的不明确、实习单位和学校在安全教育工作中交流对接不足、学校现有的安全教育体系影响学生安全教育的效果、缺乏专门的师资队伍、安全教育指导专业化不够、学生自身不重视安全教育等。最后,结合××技工学校的基本状况,从学校、老师、学生等三个层次出发,从加强学校安全体系建设,加强校企合作对接,提升教师安全教育意识,家校联合,共同教育学生和学生树立安全意识,促进自身全面发展三个方面对××技工学校安全教育提出切实可行的建议。
[Abstract]:Safety education should be one of the contents of education that runs through and affects students' lifetime. With the rapid development of the times, the value of people is greater, and the idea of humanism is more deeply rooted in people's hearts. Technical education is one of the most important parts of human resource development and national education system in China, which plays an important role in providing high skilled personnel for national economic development. Technical schools must strive to train middle and advanced technical talents who can meet the needs of the development of enterprises in order to serve the development of local economy and society. As the main position of cultivating enterprise's first-line operation skill talents, the technical school educates the students well, guides and helps students to establish safety consciousness, trains safe behavior habits, learns to master basic safety knowledge and skills, and learns to protect oneself. To prevent hidden dangers and avoid injury is a task that the school cannot avoid. The particularity of technical school students and the form of running a school makes the conflict between safety education and reality more prominent. The technical school not only guarantees the safety of the students in school, but also ensures the safety of the students when they enter the enterprise practice, which has a heavy responsibility and arduous task. At the same time, because of the quality of students, the particularity of the training direction of the technical school and the different characteristics inside and outside the technical school, there are many problems in safety education of the students in the technical school. Based on this background, this paper attempts to use the questionnaire method and interview method to find out the situation of safety education in the technical school, taking the 脳 脳 technical school as an example. This paper makes clear the actual situation of safety education in technical schools, finds out the problems of safety education in schools, puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems, and provides a reference for the further development and improvement of safety education in the same kind of schools. First, state the background and significance of the research. From the aspects of safety education mode, safety education mode and effectiveness of safety education in technical schools, this paper studies the relevant achievements of safety education at home and abroad on enterprise safety training. On the premise of analyzing and combing, this paper clarifies the two core concepts of craftsman education and safety education, and determines the research method and the goal to be realized. Secondly, a questionnaire survey was carried out on 142 students who entered the enterprise in the 2013 level of the 脳 脳 Technical School to carry out practical work, and a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted to 32 faculty members and 16 related staff of the school to understand the current situation of safety education in the 脳 脳 Technical School. The results of questionnaire and interview are analyzed, and the main problems in school safety education are summarized. Thirdly, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation of school safety education, the causes of the problems in the safety education of the 脳 脳 technical school are analyzed in depth. The key reasons are that the relevant departments of the school do not have a unified understanding of the work of student safety education, the purpose of the safety education for the students by teachers is not clear, and the communication between practice units and schools in the work of safety education is insufficient. The existing safety education system in schools affects the effect of safety education of students, lacking of specialized teachers, insufficient specialization of safety education guidance, and students' own neglect of safety education. Finally, according to the basic situation of the 脳 脳 technical school, starting from the three levels of school, teachers and students, from the aspects of strengthening the construction of school safety system, strengthening the cooperation between schools and enterprises, raising the awareness of safety education of teachers, and combining home and school, To educate students and students to set up safety consciousness and to promote their all-round development three aspects put forward practical and feasible suggestions for safety education in 脳 脳 technical schools.
