民国时期上海职业指导所述论

【摘要】：1927年成立的上海职业指导所,是我国近代第一个免费向社会提供职业指导的机构。在职业教育历史的长河中是一颗璀璨的明珠,对中国职业指导事业的发展起到巨大的推动作用,它使得职业指导从理论转为现实,具有较大的历史研究价值和现实借鉴意义。在简要介绍了上海职业指导所的历史沿革、组织机构的基础上,重点介绍了它所开展的职业介绍、指导谈话、职业指导等工作,并从历史的视角阐述其对职业指导事业的作用和贡献。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Vocational guidance Institute, founded in 1927, was the first organization in modern China to provide free vocational guidance to the society. In the long history of vocational education, it is a bright pearl, which plays a great role in promoting the development of career guidance in China. It makes vocational guidance change from theory to reality, which has great historical research value and practical significance. On the basis of a brief introduction to the history and organization of the Shanghai Vocational guidance Institute, this paper focuses on its work of job introduction, guidance talk, career guidance, etc. And from the historical perspective to explain its role and contribution to career guidance.
