高职生源类型和培养目标的历史演进与应对策略

【摘要】:自2010年以来,国家密集出台了许多促进高职发展的文件,如优化高职生源类型、招生从普通高考中分离、提高高职学历层次至本科等,但高职生源危机始终挥之不去,甚至变得更加严峻。解决高职生源危机的根本方法不在政府,而在高职本身。高职必须凝练和形成相对稳定的培养总体目标、制定基于高职生源类型的分项培养目标、实施差别化的柔性培养策略,以切实增强高职核心竞争力和提高高职学生的社会价值。
[Abstract]:Since 2010, the country has issued many documents to promote the development of higher vocational education, such as optimizing the types of higher vocational students, separating enrollment from the general college entrance examination, raising the level of higher vocational education to undergraduate, etc. Even more severe. The fundamental solution to the crisis of higher vocational students is not the government, but higher vocational itself. Higher vocational education must be condensed and form a relatively stable overall goal of cultivation, formulate a separate training goal based on the types of students in higher vocational education, and implement the flexible training strategy of differentiation in order to enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational education and enhance the social value of students in higher vocational colleges.
