政府主导、产教融合、协同育人——区域高职教育常州模式的创新实践

【摘要】：针对省属高校地方政府协调难、优质教育资源集聚共享难、产学研协同育人难三大问题,常州科教城建设了融"高教园区、科技园区、孵化园区"三位一体的产学研合作基地和"教学资源、产学研合作、公共服务"三大资源开放共享平台,首创高职教育跨界"共建、共管、共享"新机制和"校、所、企"产学研协同育人新路径,探索了一条具有中国特色、地方特点、时代特征的技术技能型人才培养与产业互融的创新之路,形成了具有全国影响的高职教育发展常州模式。
