基于“校、政、行、企”四方协同的职业教育现代学徒制研究

【摘要】：现代学徒制与传统学徒制相比,具有学生与学徒身份相融合、教学与生产相结合、学校和企业相联合等典型特征。推动"校、企、行、政"四方协同是实现职业教育现代学徒制有效运行的基础和保障。目前来看,由于缺乏有效的规约界定,导致"校、政、行、企"主体职责虚化现象比较突出;体制机制不健全,导致"校、政、行、企"四方协同处于低效状态;缺乏完善有效的法律保障,导致"校、政、行、企"合作行为的效力不足。基于此,政府应加强立法建制,落实制度保障;职业院校应发挥教育职能,构建现代学徒制教育体系;发挥行业指导作用,搭建现代学徒制教育平台;企业应全程参与职业教育教学,落实现代学徒培养。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional apprenticeship system, the modern apprenticeship system is characterized by the integration of student and apprenticeship identity, the combination of teaching and production, and the combination of schools and enterprises. It is the foundation and guarantee to realize the effective operation of modern apprenticeship system in vocational education. At present, due to the lack of effective definition of the statute, leading to the "school, government, conduct, enterprise" the main responsibilities of the phenomenon is more prominent, the institutional mechanism is not perfect, leading to "school, government, conduct, enterprise" in a state of inefficiency; The lack of perfect and effective legal protection leads to the ineffectiveness of the cooperative action of school, administration, operation and enterprise. In view of this, the government should strengthen the legislative system and implement the system guarantee, vocational colleges and universities should give full play to the educational function, construct the modern apprenticeship education system, give play to the guiding role of the industry, and build the modern apprenticeship education platform. Enterprises should participate in vocational education and teaching all the time and carry out modern apprenticeship training.
