高职大学生职业生涯规划分析与研究

【摘要】:随着我国高等教育体制的不断改革及高等教育进入大众化,高职高专大学生的人数急剧增加,占据了高校人数的半壁江山。然而越来越多的毕业生被“就业难,难就业”的问题所困扰,目前高职学生的就业能力和竞争力已成为社会关注的焦点,在这样的背景下,大学生职业生涯规划得到了大家的进一步关注。在很多西方国家,很多人从刚入学时就对自己的职业角度的进行着有计划的探索;而在我国,大学生只有在毕业求职时,学校才会提供就业指导服务,大学生接受到的职业生涯规划指导十分有限。近些年来,我国一直大力发展职业教育,职业教育也可称为职业导向教育,其主要目的是使学生除了不断的学习文化知识外,更重要的是学习专业技能知识。 本文研究方法包括文献资料研究方法、问卷调查法、比较分析法、访谈法等五个章节。 在第一章节中,本文首先分析了高职院校实施职业生涯规划教育,高等职业教育的性质决定了发展的需要,这是社会发展的必然趋势。其次,研究高职院校的现状,分析并总结以确定文章的研究对象及研究方法。 在第二章节中,对某高职院校的学生进行了职业规划现状的调查并对结果进行了数据统计及对比分析,为之后的理论分析提供了坚实的数据支撑。 在第三章节中,本文对高职大学生职业生涯规划存在的问题及其成因进行了分析。本文发现目前学生存在的主要问题在于自身职业兴趣不明确,对所选专业比较盲目,不知自己适合做什么。同时,高职院校本身工作力度也不够,缺乏重视及针对性指导。 在第四章节中,本文探讨了大学生职业生涯的影响因素,从个人、家庭、学校及社会等四个方面入手逐一分析。本文发现在不同阶段个人的职业生涯规划会有所不同,这其中主要受到了家庭及学校教育的影响,文章对这些问题进行逐一分析。 在第五章节中,针对前四章中高职学院的现状和出现的问题,作为实施主体,文章提出了相应的对策,高职学院应该在各方面做出相应的改革和调整,需要社会各阶层和学校家庭树立积极、正确的态度,相互配合共同为高职大学生提供适当的方法和参考意见。 本论文以高职大学生群体为主要研究对象,对高职大学生职业生涯特点和现状进行分析,具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。同时也能够在了解学生实际情况的基础上有的放矢的进行高职职业生涯教育,使高职大学生进一步了解和认知职业规划及其重要性,提高其适应社会的基本能力,在今后具有一定的参考价值和使用价值。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of higher education system and the popularization of higher education in China, the number of higher vocational college students has increased sharply, accounting for half of the number of colleges and universities. However, more and more graduates are troubled by the problem of "difficult, difficult employment". At present, the employment ability and competitiveness of higher vocational students have become the focus of social concern. College students' career planning has received further attention. In many western countries, many people have planned to explore their professional perspective from the moment they first entered the school. In our country, college students will only provide employment guidance services when they graduate and apply for jobs. College students receive very limited guidance on career planning. In recent years, China has been vigorously developing vocational education, vocational education can also be called vocational oriented education, its main purpose is to enable students in addition to the continuous learning of cultural knowledge, more important is to learn professional skills. The research method includes five chapters: literature research method, questionnaire survey method, comparative analysis method, interview method and so on. In the first chapter, this paper first analyzes the implementation of higher vocational colleges career planning education, the nature of higher vocational education determines the needs of development, which is the inevitable trend of social development. Secondly, study the current situation of higher vocational colleges, analyze and summarize the research object and research methods. In the second chapter, the author makes a survey on the present situation of career planning of students in a vocational college, and makes a statistical and comparative analysis of the results, which provides a solid data support for the theoretical analysis. In the third chapter, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of higher vocational college students' career planning. This paper finds that the main problems of students are that their professional interests are not clear, they are blind to their chosen major, and they do not know what to do. At the same time, the work of higher vocational colleges itself is not enough, lack of attention and targeted guidance. In the fourth chapter, this paper discusses the influencing factors of college students' career, and analyzes them from four aspects: individual, family, school and society. This paper finds that personal career planning will be different in different stages, which is mainly influenced by family and school education. This paper analyzes these problems one by one. In the fifth chapter, in view of the current situation and problems in the first four chapters, as the main body of implementation, the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, the higher vocational colleges should make corresponding reforms and adjustments in all aspects. It is necessary for all social strata and schools and families to establish a positive and correct attitude and to cooperate with each other to provide appropriate methods and advice for higher vocational college students. This paper takes the college students in higher vocational colleges as the main research object, and analyzes the characteristics and present situation of the career of higher vocational college students, which has certain theoretical and practical significance. At the same time, on the basis of understanding the actual situation of students, vocational career education can be carried out in a targeted way, so that vocational college students can further understand and recognize the importance of career planning, and improve their basic ability to adapt to the society. In the future has certain reference value and use value.
