中等职业学校“双师型”教师专业发展研究
[Abstract]:The professional development of "double-qualified" teachers plays an important role in the construction of teachers' team, the improvement of teaching quality, the improvement of students' knowledge and skill level in secondary vocational schools. Based on the interpretation of the connotation of the professional development of "double-qualified" teachers and "double-qualified" teachers, this paper takes the "double-qualified" teachers around them as an example by means of interviews, literature studies and case studies. This paper makes a detailed analysis on the dilemma of the professional development of the "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools, and finds out that the existing problems are: the weak consciousness of professional development, the weak ability of professional development, the poor structure of professional knowledge and ability; The path of professional development is narrow and the guarantee mechanism of professional development is not perfect. The reasons are influenced by the teachers themselves, society and secondary vocational schools. In view of the main reasons that affect this problem, this paper attempts to take measures to promote the professional development of "double qualified" teachers in secondary vocational schools from the following five aspects: strengthening teachers' self-management and generating the internal motive force of "double-qualified" teachers' professional development; Build the cultural atmosphere, tap the inherent potential of the "double qualified" teachers' professional development, optimize the training mode, accelerate the experience summary of the "double-qualified" teachers' professional development, perfect the guarantee mechanism, and explore the innovative ideas of the "double-qualified" teachers' professional development; Establish teacher learning community, promote the "double-qualified" teachers professional development of a new way.
