职业院校人力资源管理中存在的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:近年来,我国高等职业教育发展加速,伴随着国家大力推行教育体制创新与改革,高职教育也迈入了一个崭新的多元发展阶段。高等职业教育在我国高等教育面临多重挑战的情况下表现出勃勃生机,新军突起成为一股新生力量,为社会各行各业提供了各类专门的应用型、技能型人才,为国家建设做出了重大贡献。但高职教育的崛起也伴随着起步晚、经验不足、人力资源管理水平低下等问题。 本文首先对人力资源管理概念及国内外对高职教育研究与管理现状的回顾和总结的基础上,,深入全面的梳理出我国高等职业教育学校在人力资源管理中所出现的问题,体现为师资队伍学历较低,数量供不应求;管理人员职业化程度较低,人力资源管理观念落后;管理模式与院校发展不适配;人员结构不合理等,并探讨了这些问题所产生的原因。通过系统分析我国高等职业技术学院的内外部环境、人力资源管理中的问题,分析其问题发生的原因,并以湖南铁道职业技术学院为例,为改进我国高职院校的人力资源管理提供建议和对策,帮助各高职院校转变人力资源管理观念,建立新型内部管理模式、优化人力资源结构、完善高校管理机制和制度等。本文旨在通过高职院校的人力资源管理分析,转变传统的人事管理旧模式、旧观念,从而发现更科学高效的人力资源管理模式来推动我国高等职业教育的发展。 本研究成果对我国职业院校提高其办学质量和社会地位,培养出更多适应社会需求的高质量人才,实现学院可持续发展具有重要的指导与参考作用。但同时也应该看到任何有效管理方法和模式都不是一劳永逸的,而是要根据学院发展的实际情况及我国职业院校总体状况的变化做出适当调整。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of higher vocational education in China has accelerated, and with the country vigorously promoting the innovation and reform of the educational system, higher vocational education has entered a new stage of pluralistic development. Higher vocational education is full of vitality under the situation that our country's higher education is facing many challenges. The new army has become a new force, providing all kinds of specialized applied and skilled talents for various industries of the society. It has made a great contribution to national construction. However, the rise of higher vocational education is accompanied by problems such as late start, lack of experience and low level of human resource management. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the concept of human resource management and the current research and management of higher vocational education at home and abroad, this paper makes a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the problems in human resource management in higher vocational education schools in China. This is reflected in the low educational background of the teaching staff, the shortage of the number of teachers, the low degree of professionalization of the management staff, the backward concept of human resource management, the unsuitable management mode and the development of the colleges and universities, the unreasonable personnel structure, etc. The causes of these problems are also discussed. Through the systematic analysis of the internal and external environment of higher vocational and technical colleges in China, the problems in human resource management, the causes of the problems, and taking Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example, In order to improve the human resource management of higher vocational colleges in our country, it provides suggestions and countermeasures to help the higher vocational colleges to change the concept of human resources management, to establish a new internal management model, to optimize the human resources structure, and to perfect the management mechanism and system of colleges and universities. Through the analysis of human resource management in higher vocational colleges, this paper aims to change the old mode and concept of traditional personnel management, so as to find a more scientific and efficient mode of human resource management to promote the development of higher vocational education in our country. The research results have important guidance and reference function for our vocational colleges to improve their running quality and social status, cultivate more high-quality talents to meet the needs of the society and realize the sustainable development of the colleges. But at the same time, we should also see that any effective management methods and models are not once and for all, but should be adjusted according to the actual situation of the development of the college and the change of the overall situation of the vocational colleges in our country.
