以供需共赢为基础的校企合作研究

【摘要】:校企合作作为职业教育推进实施中的重要一环。其能否有效运行受到了职业学校、合作企业,同时也受到学生意愿、社会环境、行业组织、政府乃至经济运行等多方面因素的影响。我国现时期校企合作的运行不畅和问题频生从本质上讲就是对如何推进校企合作,如何有效满足校企双方的利益诉求,如何建立起能满足双方、尤其是企业方需求的合作机制问题的解决不善所致的。 本文在深入研究校企合作本质,教育意义,组织方式的基础上,以对国内外校企合作成功经验与经验教训的总结为起点,以现状分析为基点开展系统研究。首先对国外校企合作的成功模式进行总结,对其原因进行分析;其次对国内若干校企合作的典型案例进行梳理,对其中的成功经验和问题所在进行剖析;最后对国内职业院校在校企合作中遇到的困境、难点及其原因进行归纳和梳理。在此基础上,文章对如何构建校企合作的有效模式展开分析,以构建双方供需共赢关系为主线,,分析在校企合作中企业方的需求和供给、学校方的需求和供给,并深入挖掘校企之间在校企合作教育过程中的双赢切合点。 综合各项研究成果,本文针对中国的现实环境,宏观、中观、微观三个层面,就政府如何科学制定推进政策,如何构建有利于校企合作推进的社会环境;校企间的合理合作机制应该是什么样子;职业学校自身如何从专业设置、实训组织、课程开发等实际工作中多方面推进校企合作,提出一些可行的解决方案。
[Abstract]:School-enterprise cooperation as an important part of the implementation of vocational education. Its effective operation is influenced by many factors, such as vocational school, cooperative enterprise, students' will, social environment, trade organization, government and even economic operation. In the present period of our country, the running of the cooperation between schools and enterprises and the frequent problems are essentially how to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises, how to effectively meet the interests of both sides of the school and enterprises, and how to establish and meet the interests of both sides. In particular, the problem of the cooperation mechanism of enterprise needs is not solved properly. On the basis of deeply studying the essence, educational significance and organization mode of the cooperation between schools and enterprises, this paper starts with the summary of the successful experiences and lessons of the cooperation between domestic and foreign schools and enterprises, and carries out a systematic study based on the analysis of the present situation. First of all, it summarizes the successful mode of cooperation between foreign schools and enterprises, analyzes the reasons for it; secondly, combs some typical cases of cooperation between schools and enterprises in China, and analyzes the successful experiences and problems among them. Finally, the difficulties, difficulties and reasons of domestic vocational colleges in school-enterprise cooperation are summarized and sorted out. On this basis, the article analyzes how to build an effective mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises, taking the win-win relationship between supply and demand as the main line, analyzes the demand and supply of enterprises and the demand and supply of the school side in the cooperation between schools and enterprises. And dig into the school-enterprise cooperation between the school-enterprise education process-win-win point. Synthesizing each research result, this text aims at the realistic environment of China, macroscopical, meso, micro three levels, on how the government makes the promotion policy scientifically, how to construct the social environment that is favorable to the cooperation between school and enterprise; What should the reasonable cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise look like, and how to promote the cooperation between school and enterprise in the practical work such as professional setting, practical training organization, curriculum development and so on, and put forward some feasible solutions.
