高职院校教师流动制度的困境与出路

【摘要】：教师流动影响着高职院校教师队伍的稳定性,进而影响院校进一步发展。文章从教师流动的社会现状出发,在论述高职院校教师流动的重要意义的基础上,认为高职院校教师流动的困境在于,缺乏完善的制度与法规引导,影响教师劳动力市场的规范性;教师流动趋于无序阻碍落后地区建设,近亲繁殖影响学科结构平衡;对教师重视程度不够,未给予稳定的发展平台导致流动频繁。由此提出应建立规范的教师流动市场,建立健全人才流动法规;加大西部等边远地区流入政策的倾斜力度,拓宽流入来源渠道;优化教师发展的学校环境,建立稳定机制,加强培养力度,以更完善的教师流动制度保证高职院校健康发展。
[Abstract]:Teacher mobility affects the stability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and then affects the further development of colleges. Based on the social situation of teachers' mobility and the significance of teachers' mobility in higher vocational colleges, this paper holds that the dilemma of teachers' mobility in higher vocational colleges lies in the lack of perfect system and regulation guidance. It affects the standardization of teacher labor market; teachers tend to disorderly hinder the construction of backward areas inbreeding affects the balance of discipline structure; teachers do not pay enough attention to the lack of stable development platform leading to frequent mobility. Therefore, we should establish a standardized teacher flow market, establish and improve the regulations on the flow of talents, increase the inclination of the policy of inflow into remote areas such as the west, widen the channels of inflow into the source, optimize the school environment for teachers' development, and establish a stable mechanism. Strengthen the training to ensure the healthy development of higher vocational colleges with a more perfect system of teacher mobility.
