中等职业学校校本培训案例分析与对策研究

【摘要】:中等职业学校的发展过程中,师资力量是其发展过程中的命脉,随着职业教育“专业化”教师队伍的需求性增强,对于培养职业教育专业化教师的方式与方法也逐渐突显出重要的地位。而校本培训作为职业教育师资力量一种培训途径,其特色化的优势已经成为教师成长过程中一个重要的渠道。校本培训是围绕“基于学校、为了学校、在学校”这三个主要的基点而开展,以学校发展的实际情况而实施,针对性强,具有综合性、随意性与偶发性、日常性、复杂性、多样性等特征,是学校综合资源的整合共同作用的过程,在校本培训过程中,教师主体的参与性及校本培训本身的效果直接影响着校本培训的作用力。 本研究以郴州市某中等职业学校和广州市某高级技工学校作为个案,对两所学校进行深入的调研。通过对郴州市某中等职业学校校本培训数据采集,分析其基本情况,从其校本培训的内容、方式、培训者等方面存在的问题进行总结,并提出了相应的对策供参考;通过对广州市某高级技工学校的校本培训进行调研,提炼该校校本培训的典型经验,以该校的典型案例作为中等职业学校实施校本培训成功的榜样。 我们的研究表明,要使得中职学校校本培训发挥更加积极的作用,应该在思想观念上要引起足够的重视,在硬件方面合理安排,进一步完善校本培训管理机制,坚持校本培训的特色化道路,充实校本培训内容,突出校本培训的“职业岗位”与“职业教育”特征等,以更好地促进教师的专业发展。
[Abstract]:In the development of secondary vocational schools, teachers are the lifeblood of their development. The ways and methods of training professional teachers in vocational education are also becoming more and more important. As a kind of training way of vocational education teachers, school-based training has become an important channel in the process of teachers' growth. School-based training is carried out around the three basic points of "based on school, for the sake of school, in school", and is carried out according to the actual situation of school development. It has strong pertinence, comprehensiveness, randomness and chance, routine and complexity. In the process of school-based training, the participation of teachers and the effect of school-based training have a direct impact on the force of school-based training. This study takes a secondary vocational school in Chenzhou and a senior technical school in Guangzhou as a case study. Through collecting the data of school-based training in a secondary vocational school in Chenzhou, this paper analyzes the basic situation, summarizes the problems existing in the contents, methods and trainers of school-based training, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for reference. Through the investigation of school-based training in a senior technical school in Guangzhou, the typical experience of school-based training in this school is abstracted, and the typical case of this school is taken as the example of successful implementation of school-based training in secondary vocational schools. Our research shows that in order to make the school-based training in secondary vocational schools play a more active role, we should pay enough attention to the concept of school-based training, make reasonable arrangements in the aspect of hardware, and further improve the management mechanism of school-based training. Adhere to the special road of school-based training, enrich the contents of school-based training, highlight the characteristics of "vocational posts" and "vocational education" in school-based training, so as to better promote the professional development of teachers.
