县级职教中心实训基地建设研究

【摘要】：县级职教中心是我国中等职业教育的重要组成部分,是我国农村职业教育的中坚力量。其健康快速发展对我国进行全方位农村建设、培养新型现代化职业农民能起到积极的促进作用。近些年来,我国各县级职教中心的发展引起社会和教育部门越来越高的重视。学校规模逐渐扩大,能促进职业教育发展的创新专业在不断开拓,毕业生的就业路径逐渐延伸,县级职教中心教育特色在慢慢形成。在此基础上,如何从硬件设施上对县级职教中心提供支撑就成为一个重要问题。实训基地作为职业院校重要的硬件支撑,对培养学生的实践能力,促进职业教育的发展起到至关重要的作用。它能将前沿的科学技术与生产实践相结合,为培养各类技术人才提供强有力的支持。在职业教育被广受关注以来,虽然县级职教中心实训基地建设在社会各界的努力下较以往取得了阶段性成果,但就目前迫切需要提高职业教育质量和积极建设社会主义新农村的大背景下,实训基地建设情况依旧不能跟上高技术人才培养的需要。因此,加强县级职教中心实训基地建设势在必行,对其研究也具有重要的意义。首先,笔者探讨了本研究的背景和意义,界定了县级职教中心、实训、实训基地相关概念,对国内外关于职业教育实训基地建设研究的已有成果进行了分析和阐述。然后,介绍了县级职教中心实训基地的功能、类型及建设的重要意义。在此基础上,选取石家庄部分县级职教中心进行调研。在调研中,分别对这些学校的校长进行访谈调查,对专业课教师及学生进行问卷调查,深入了解了当前县级职教中心实训基地建设的现状,剖析了存在的问题及问题背后的原因。最后,针对县级职教中心实训基地建设中存在的问题,从政府发挥主导作用,积极推进实训基地建设；进一步加大实训基地资金投入,科学合理利用资金；深入开展校企合作,杜绝合作的形式化和表面化；提高实训设备仪器的使用率,提升学生的实践能力；完善师资队伍建设,加强教师职业技能；多渠道建设功能强大多样的实训基地,使实训基地建设迈向“综合型”这六大方面提出了建议和对策。
[Abstract]:County-level vocational education center is an important part of secondary vocational education and the backbone of rural vocational education in China. Its healthy and rapid development can play a positive role in the construction of all-round rural areas and the cultivation of new modern professional farmers. In recent years, the development of vocational education centers at county level has attracted more and more attention from social and educational departments. The scale of the school is gradually expanding, the innovative specialty that can promote the development of vocational education is constantly developing, the employment path of the graduates is gradually extended, and the educational characteristics of the vocational education center at the county level are gradually forming. On this basis, how to support the county vocational education center from the hardware facilities has become an important issue. As an important hardware support of vocational colleges, practical training base plays an important role in cultivating students' practical ability and promoting the development of vocational education. It can combine cutting-edge science and technology with production practice and provide strong support for training all kinds of technical talents. Since vocational education has received wide attention, although the construction of the training base of the county vocational education center has achieved a phased result compared with the past, with the efforts of all walks of life in the society, However, under the background of the urgent need to improve the quality of vocational education and actively build a new socialist countryside, the construction of practical training bases is still unable to keep up with the needs of the cultivation of high-tech talents. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the construction of training base of county vocational education center, and it is of great significance to study it. First of all, the author discusses the background and significance of this study, defines the county vocational education center, training base related concepts, and domestic and foreign research on vocational education training base construction has been analyzed and expounded. Then, it introduces the function, type and significance of the training base of county vocational education center. On this basis, Shijiazhuang selected part of the county level vocational education center for investigation. In the investigation, the principals of these schools were interviewed, and the teachers and students of the specialized classes were investigated, and the current situation of the training base construction of the vocational education centers at the county level was deeply understood. The existing problems and the reasons behind the problems are analyzed. Finally, in view of the problems existing in the construction of the training base of the vocational education center at the county level, the government should play a leading role in actively promoting the construction of the training base; further increase the investment in the training base and make use of the funds scientifically and rationally; and carry out the cooperation between the school and the enterprise in depth. To put an end to the formalization and surface of cooperation; to improve the utilization rate of practical training equipment and instruments, to enhance students' practical ability; to improve the construction of teachers' ranks and strengthen teachers' vocational skills; to build a powerful and diverse training base through multiple channels; This paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for the construction of practical training base in the six aspects of "comprehensive type".
