印度高职教育治理及启示

【摘要】：目前我国高职教育治理存在治理理念滞后、治理结构不平衡、治理方式单一、治理政策法规有待完善等诸多问题。印度在高职教育治理中的实践包括探索举办特色学院、引入社会力量办学、研发国际水准的国家职业标准、完善现代高职教育发展的政策法规、构建现代高职教育协同共治范式。鉴于此,文章提出对我国高职教育治理的启示:"综合治理"是我国高职教育治理的应有之义;"优化可持续"是实施我国高职教育治理的发展目标;实现办学主体多元化;健全与高职教育治理相适应的配套制度;构建现代高职教育协同共治范式。
[Abstract]:At present, there are many problems in the governance of higher vocational education in our country, such as the lag of governance idea, the imbalance of governance structure, the single governance mode, the improvement of policies and regulations, etc. India's practice in the management of higher vocational education includes exploring the establishment of characteristic colleges, introducing social forces into running schools, developing national professional standards of international standards, and perfecting the policies and regulations for the development of modern higher vocational education. Construct the modern higher vocational education cooperation co-governance paradigm. In view of this, the article puts forward the enlightenment to the management of higher vocational education in our country: "comprehensive management" is the proper meaning of the governance of higher vocational education in our country, "optimizing sustainable" is the development goal of carrying out the governance of higher vocational education in our country, and realizing the diversification of the main body of running a school; Perfect the supporting system adapted to the higher vocational education governance and construct the modern higher vocational education cooperative co-governance paradigm.
