高职院校学生思想道德素质评价机制研究

【摘要】:高职院校学生作为高技能、应用型专业人才,是我国推进新型工业化建设的生力军,他们思想道德素质的高低关系到我国社会主义事业的兴旺发达,关系到和谐社会的建设。那么,学生如何提高自身的思想道德素质并使其符合社会要求呢?这对于世界观、价值观、人生观尚不稳定的他们来说,自然面临着发展方向选择的困惑。既然有选择,就存在选择正确与否的问题。要实现正确的选择,除了起决定作用的内因外,外力的引导、激励也是必不可少的。那么如何才能充分发挥学生思想道德素质评价的激励、引导作用呢,本文首先从分析高职院校学生思想道德素质评价机制的结构开始,从各结构之间的有效耦合来分析当前思想道德素质评价机制的运转。 我们目前的思想道德素质评价机制运行较之前些年有了很大的改善,如评价逐渐由总结性评价向形成性评价转移、由消极等待评价向积极参与评价发展、由单方评价向多方评价过渡等,这都在一定程度上促进了评价作用的有效发挥。但在当前的评价实践中,评价机制不完善仍然是制约学生思想道德素质评价作用有效发挥的一个重要因素,其中包括评价过程中忽视高职院校学生的思想道德素质特点和发展要求,重视终结性评价轻视形成性评价,重视定量评价轻视定性评价,等等。所以,要有效发挥学生思想道德素质评价的作用,对当前评价机制进行优化的探讨应该是我们首先面对的问题。 那么,如何对当前思想道德素质评价机制进行优化呢?我们可以从被评价者难以认同评价结论这个现实出发,寻找优化评价机制的方式。把高职院校对学生思想道德素质的培养目标分成若干层次,然后根据不同层次高职学生思想道德的实际特点和发展愿望确定符合他们的评价标准,使学生在适合自己评价目标的引导、激励下,不断对自身的行为进行纠偏,从而促使他们思想道德素质的持续提高。同时,高职院校学生独特的思想道德素质特点决定了对他们评价时更应充分发挥评价的引导、激励作用,这恰恰是当前我们在评价中没有做好的。鉴于此,我们对高职院校学生进行思想道德素质评价时可以采取分层次、分阶段的评价方式,以达到优化评价机制的目的。 为了说明评价机制优化的价值,最后以郑州工业安全职业学院为例阐述了学生思想道德素质分层次、分阶段评价的实际效果。
[Abstract]:Students of higher vocational colleges, as highly skilled and applied professionals, are the new force in promoting the construction of new industrialization in our country. Their ideological and moral qualities are related to the prosperity of our country's socialist cause and the construction of a harmonious society. So, how can students improve their own ideological and moral quality and make it meet the social requirements? This for the world outlook, values, outlook on life is not stable for them, naturally facing the choice of development direction of confusion. Since there is a choice, there is the question of whether the choice is correct or not. In order to realize the correct choice, motivation is also essential in addition to internal and external determinant factors. So how can we give full play to the role of encouragement and guidance in the evaluation of students' ideological and moral qualities? this article begins with the analysis of the structure of the evaluation mechanism of students' ideological and moral quality in higher vocational colleges. From the effective coupling between the various structures to analyze the current ideological and moral quality evaluation mechanism operation. Compared with previous years, our current ideological and moral quality evaluation mechanism has greatly improved. For example, the evaluation has gradually shifted from summative evaluation to formative evaluation, from passive evaluation to active participation in evaluation. The transition from unilateral evaluation to multi-party evaluation promotes the effective performance of evaluation to some extent. However, in the current evaluation practice, the imperfection of evaluation mechanism is still an important factor that restricts the evaluation of students' ideological and moral quality. It includes ignoring the characteristics and development requirements of the students' ideological and moral quality, paying attention to the summative evaluation, despising the formative evaluation, valuing the quantitative evaluation and belittling the qualitative evaluation, and so on. Therefore, in order to give full play to the role of the evaluation of students' ideological and moral quality, the discussion on the optimization of the current evaluation mechanism should be the first problem we face. So, how to optimize the current ideological and moral quality evaluation mechanism? We can look for the way to optimize the evaluation mechanism from the fact that the evaluator is difficult to agree with the evaluation conclusion. The goal of cultivating students' ideological and moral quality in higher vocational colleges is divided into several levels, and then according to the actual characteristics and development desire of students' ideological and moral in different levels, it is determined to meet their evaluation criteria. Students should be guided and encouraged to correct their own behavior in order to improve their ideological and moral quality. At the same time, the special ideological and moral quality of the students in higher vocational colleges determines that they should be given full play to the guidance and encouragement of evaluation, which is precisely what we have not done well in the evaluation at present. In view of this, we can take a hierarchical and phased approach to evaluate the ideological and moral quality of students in higher vocational colleges, in order to achieve the purpose of optimizing the evaluation mechanism. In order to explain the value of the optimization of evaluation mechanism, this paper takes Zhengzhou Industrial Safety Vocational College as an example to expound the practical effect of students' ideological and moral quality in different levels and stages.
