网络环境下高职院校学生思想政治教育创新研究

【摘要】：大学生是时代的栋梁，国家的希望，民族的未来。他（她）们的思想政治状况如何，能否健康成长关系到国家的前途与命运。近年来，中宣部、教育部等部门对大学生思想政治状况的调查表明，当代大学生的主流意识是积极健康、向上的。然而，大学生的学习、生活、交往方式日益多样化、社会化，影响大学生思想的因素越来越多。单一的、封闭式的学生思想政治教育工作越来越难以奏效，以往有成效的学生思想政治教育工作面临严峻的挑战和新的选择。因此，加强和改进高校学生思想政治工作，是培养社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的必然要求，是建设和谐校园在思想领域的具体体现。高职院校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分，占据了高等教育的半壁江山，学生数量也已经超过普通院校学生数量。然而，由于高职院校存在着自己本身的办学目标、办学特点，所以与普通院校学生有着一定的差异。本文拟针对我国高职院校的学生思想政治教育工作面临的新的形势，，分析网络时代带来的新挑战、存在的主要问题以及问题的主要原因；研究其创新对策；探寻高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的特点及规律；拟拓展高职院校学生思想政治教育的内容及工作的实施途径；创新学生思想政治工作的方法；坚持以人为本，把握正确的价值导向；加强思想政治工作队伍建设，建立有效的管理体制和扎实有效的思想政治教育体系，为切实做好当今高职院校学生的思想政治教育工作提出较为全面、系统的方法论指导。
[Abstract]:College students are the pillars of the times, the hope of the country, the future of the nation. Their ideological and political status and whether they can grow healthily are related to the future and destiny of the country. In recent years, the investigation on the ideological and political situation of college students by the departments of propaganda and Education of the CPC Central Committee shows that the mainstream consciousness of contemporary college students is positive, healthy and upward. However, there are more and more factors influencing college students' thought. Single, closed ideological and political education of students is becoming more and more difficult to work, the former effective ideological and political education of students faces severe challenges and new choices. Therefore, to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of college students is the inevitable requirement of cultivating qualified socialist builders and reliable successors, and the concrete embodiment of building a harmonious campus in the ideological field. Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education in China, accounting for half of higher education, and the number of students has already exceeded the number of students in ordinary colleges and universities. However, higher vocational colleges have their own goals and characteristics of running a school, so they are different from ordinary students. This paper aims at the new situation of ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges in our country, analyzes the new challenges, the main problems and the main reasons of the problems brought by the network age, and studies its innovative countermeasures. To explore the characteristics and laws of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges; to expand the contents and ways of implementation of ideological and political education for students in higher vocational colleges; to innovate the methods of ideological and political work for students; to adhere to the people-oriented approach; To grasp the correct value orientation, to strengthen the construction of the ideological and political work team, to establish an effective management system and a solid and effective ideological and political education system, and to put forward a more comprehensive approach to the ideological and political education of the students in higher vocational colleges.
