现代学徒制在职业院校人才培养中的实践与探索

【摘要】：现代学徒制是校企共同培养人才的通道,它是由校企共同负责培养人才,是产与教的深度融合,是职业人才培养的新形式。本文通过明确现代学徒制的内涵,了解国内外现状,分析制约现代学徒制发展的因素,探索出现代学徒制在人才培养中的途径,它需要政府、学校、企业和社会鼎力配合。
[Abstract]:The modern apprenticeship system is a channel for colleges and enterprises to train talents together. It is a new form of professional talents training, which is the deep integration of production and teaching. By clarifying the connotation of the modern apprenticeship system, understanding the present situation at home and abroad, analyzing the factors restricting the development of the modern apprenticeship system, and exploring the ways of the modern apprenticeship system in the cultivation of talents, it needs the cooperation of the government, the school, the enterprise and the society.
