校企共育国际化软件外包人才的创新与实践

【摘要】：南京工业职业技术学院通过与行业领军企业深度合作,在调研分析基础上,提出了"通外语与文化、通技术与规范、通外包业务领域知识"的"三通"国际化软件外包人才培养目标,据此构建出全新的课程体系。并通过校企在战略、团队、技术、形式、管理的"五对接",探索"三通"人才培养的新途径,进而实现了人才培养定位、师资队伍、教学内容、教学方式和教学管理5个关键要素的全面优化。
[Abstract]:Through the deep cooperation with the leading enterprises in the industry, the Nanjing Vocational and Technical College of Industry and Technology put forward the "communication of foreign languages and culture, communication technology and norms," on the basis of investigation and analysis. The "three links" international software outsourcing talents training target, which is "knowledge of the field of general outsourcing business", constructs a new curriculum system. And through the "five docking" of strategy, team, technology, form and management of the school and enterprise, the paper explores the new way of the "three links" personnel training, and then realizes the talent training orientation, the teaching staff, the teaching content, The overall optimization of five key elements of teaching mode and teaching management.
